Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the Kelowna Memorial Arena, Kelowna, March 7th Robbie Brookside vs. Stan Hansen Hansen won with the lariat Owen Hart vs. Mando Guerrero A very intense technical showdown that Owen won with a flying reverse bodypress The Thundercats (Norman Smiley & Too Cold Scorpio) vs. The Midnight Express A classic tag team battle that the Midnights took when Condrey hit a reverse DDT on Scorpio Nick Busick vs. Ed Wiskowski Busick had Wiskowski trapped in the Busick Bender (stump puller) but was attacked by Buddy Rose, leading to a DQ win for Busick. The two continued to attack Busick until Jim Duggan came in to run them off California Title Match : Tracy Smothers © vs. Brian Pillman The young rookie provided a tough challenge for Smothers, but the champ was able to counter the Air Pillman with a savate kick and pull out the victory. Pacific Television Title Match : Bam Bam Bigelow © vs. Bob Orton In a title rematch, Bigelow was able to shut down Orton's challenge with a slingshot splash

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the Pacific Coliseum, Vancouver on Pacific Super Cards on ESPN / TSN , March 6th Norman Smiley vs. "Mean" Mike Miller Miller won with an over the shoulder neckbreaker Vic Steamboat vs. Bret Hart After an closely fought match, it looked like Steamboat would win when he wrapped up Hart in a Figure Four Leglock. Hart's partner, Jim Neidhart jumped on the apron to try to help his partner get to the ropes, but the ref ordered him back down to the floor. As Neidhart and Gary Hart argued with the ref, it was revealed that this was all a deliberate distraction as Brian Adams, Gary Hart's bodyguard, snuck in the ring and hit a legdrop on Steamboat. When the ref turned around, he saw Bret Hart covering Steamboat and made the three count. But this was not enough for Adams, who was clearly smarting from his loss to Steamboat at Aloha Spectacular and kept up the attack. Hart and Neidhart held Steamboat up by either arm and Adams administered a vicious beatdown on the helpless Hawaiian until Eddie Gilbert and Badd Company ran them off. They then helped Steamboat to the back, but he had taken a brutal beating. Steve Blackman vs. Chris Candido Once again, Todd Morton interfered in the match, but Shane Douglas charged in and evened the sides. The resulting brawl led to the ref declaring a no contest Barry Windham vs. Bob Orton A tight contest between Windham and the former TV champ that Windham was able to take with a flying lariat Badd Company vs. Iron & Steel (Tony Atlas and Larry Cameron) Iron & Steel were looking to come back after their Aloha Spectacular loss to the Brigade. But Badd Company were no pushovers and fought an effective cat and mouse campaign, using their speed and teamwork to stymie the much bigger team. The end came when Tanaka leapfrogged Atlas, only to get nailed by the Harlem Hammer (running double axehandle to the back of the head and neck) by Cameron that gave the win to Iron & Steel Dave Taylor vs. Jim Neidhart Neidhart went for a running shoulder block on Taylor when he was trapped in the corner, but Taylor dodged out of the way and hit a rollup to get the one two three. Pacific Tag Team Title Match : The Wild Bulls (Ed & Rick Gantner) © vs. Chavo & Hector Guerrero Thus far, for the most part, the Gantner Brothers were used to rolling right over their opponents. The former Golden State Tag Champs, however, were seasoned veterans who gave the Wild Bulls a real run for their money. Chavo tried to finish off Ed Gantner with a German Suplex, but Gantner broke out of it with a series of elbowsmashes, then followed up with the Bull Hammer (running forearm smash to the face) to successfully defend their belts. An impressive win, but it showed that the new champs will face pretty stiff competition if they want to maintain their grip on the belts. Pacific Heavyweight Title Match : Eddie Gilbert © vs. Chris Adams In this rematch from Aloha Spectacular, Adams cranked up the intensity in his attempts to take the title. Gilbert was able to weather out the storm and counter a lariat with the Hot Shot and came out on top. But he didn't have long to celebrate his victory, as right after his hand was raised in victory, the arena lights went out. After a few seconds of confusion, they came back on, and The Great Muta was standing in the ring and blasted him with the green mist. He then savagely attacked Gilbert until the rest of Missy Hyatt International came out for the rescue. It looks like Gilbert might have just gone from the frying pan into the fire.

Pacific Wrestling Showcase from the Victoria Memorial Arena, Victoria, on ESPN / TSN, March 5th "Mean" Mike Miller vs. Evan Jones The first PCW match after the Aloha Spectacular featured the return of a face that hadn't been seen in the Pacific Northwest in quite some time. "Mean" Mike Miller was an ornery cuss who came to the ring with a leather vest and biker cap as well as a bandana tied around his neck. The fans booed him as he stepped into the ring, but apart from a deep scowl he didn't seem to pay it any mind. He simply waited for the bell to ring and then got to work. He savagely pummeled Jones and battered him like Jones owed him money. Hard punches and knee shots beat down Jones, and it was a nasty over the shoulder neckbreaker put him away. A dominant win in his return, but it remains to be seen if Miller will be able to find his place in the new PCW. Interview : Frank Bonnema stands in the ring Bonnema : Ladies and gentlemen, my next guests are no strangers to my interview segment … the Brigade! The crowd cheers enthusiastically as the beloved trio head to the ring. Windham and Rotunda are all smiles as they soak up the adulation of the fans, and while Simmons has his trademark stoic demeanor, he took time to shake hands and high five the young fans who reached out to him. Bonnema : Mike Rotunda, quite often when I have spoken to the Brigade, you have had to talk out some sort of trouble. But right now, you are on quite the high. Rotunda : That's right, Frank. We promised that 1986 would be the year that the Brigade breaks out, and I feel we are delivering. Tony Atlas and Larry Cameron are tough customers and gave Barry and I the fight of our lives, but we gave it our all and came out on top. And Ron here has just been storming through every wrestler they have put in front of him. It's not ego speaking when I say we are on the verge of big things. But it's a bittersweet moment for the Brigade. As you can see, there are some faces missing. Tom Zenk and Al Perez have accepted new opportunities and are moving on from the Brigade. Tom is headed to Montreal and Al will be calling Texas his new home. They brought gold, glory and good times to the Brigade. They are great guys and great friends, no matter where they go, and we wish them the best. But , as the old saying goes, when one door closes, another door opens. We are bringing two new members into the Brigade, and we are sure the fans will love them as much as they loved Tom and Al. The first will be the first Canadian member of the Brigade. *a cheer goes up from the Victoria fans* He can do things that will amaze all of the PCW viewers. From Winnipeg, Manitoba … "Megaman" Tom Magee! The crowd cheers on the handsome, well sculpted youngster as he heads out, then gasps in amazement as he goes up top and backflips into the ring. He joins the Brigade among high fives and hugs. Rotunda : The next new member is someone we have been wanting to work with for a long time. He's a big hoss, one of the strongest men in wrestling, and we are so glad to have him in the Brigade. From Chuluota, Florida … "Gator" Scott Hall! Again, the fans warmly great the newest member of the Brigade, who takes a moment to flex before joining his teammates in the ring. Hall : Frank Bonnema, Tom and I are psyched to be here ! There is nowhere better to wrestle than Pacific Coast Wrestling, and no group I would rather be with than the Brigade. The Brigade is breaking out, and the Megaman and the Gator are going to be a big part of that! Stan Hansen vs. Peter Fiegehen The Mad Man from Borger was in an even more surly mood than usual as he charged out to the ring. Clearly furious at his recent loss at the hands of Nick Busick at Aloha Spectacular, he didn't even wait for the bell to ring, instead just grabbing Fiegehen and slugging him hard in the face. The poor rookie was knocked from pillar to post by Hansen before being finished off with a massive lariat. But that was not enough for Hansen, who picked up Fiegehen after the ref counted to three, whipped him into the ropes, and nailed him with another lariat. The ref told him to head back to the locker room, and Hansen looked like he was about to punch him before he grabbed his bullrope and left. It was this sort of behaviour that got Hansen kicked out of PCW the first time, and he had best watch his step if he doesn't want a repeat. Shane Douglas vs. Chris Candido A couple of weeks ago, it was interference from Chris Candido that led to a loss for Douglas at the hands of the Hollywood Knights. Looking for revenge, young Douglas demanded this match with the youngest member of the Knights. Candido came out alone, with none of the other Hollywood Knights by his side, so Douglas came out on his own as well. In spite of his reputation for stalling and ill temper, Candido immediately locked up with Douglas, then swiftly took him down with an arm drag. Douglas was able to rapidly recover and came back with a dropkick that knocked down Candido. The two got down to it in a very fast paced match that got the fans up and roaring with every big move. At different points, it looked like either man might take it, but when Douglas took down Candido with a powerslam and headed to the corner for a high flying move, it looked like he would take the day. But that was when things took a strange turn. While the ref had his back turned and was checking on Candido, a man in a hooded sweatshirt came out of the crowd, leapt up on the ring apron and pulled Douglas down throat first onto the top rope. Douglas staggered back, and when Candido had recovered, he grabbed Douglas and hit a piledriver that got him the pinfall. The mystery man came into the ring and pulled down his hood. It was Todd Morton! Douglas' former partner in the Gold Exchange had not been seen in over a month since going out on a stretcher. Now he ran into the ring and started putting the boots to Douglas until Steve Blackman and Leo Burke raced out and ran them off. Why has Morton returned and what possessed him to betray his one time partner? Pacific Television Title Match : Bob Orton © vs. Bam Bam Bigelow At Aloha Spectacular, Orton went the distance with Dave Taylor, just barely coming out with his television title intact. A lot has changed in the week since then. His partners, Manny Fernandez and Grizzly Boone of Cabin Fever, have lost the Pacific Tag Team Titles and left the territory, and the Cowboy stands as the last remaining member of the Crazy Gang. He came out alone to face the Beast From The East, and he certainly had his work cut out for him. The New Jersey fireball was coming off a big win at Aloha Spectacular, and was hungry for his first PCW gold. Orton was not about to go down without a fight, and the veteran managed to hit a lot of big shots on Bigelow. But he was not able to knock him off his feet, and any attempts to get him up for the Superplex were stymied by Bigelow's considerable size. Bigelow finally grabbed him by the shoulders and started hammering Orton with huge headbutts. Orton was on rubberleg street and Bigelow tossed him into the ropes then planted him with a crushing powerslam. To put the final stamp on the match, he went up top and hit the Nuclear Splash. One … two … THREE! Bigelow had won the Television title! His partners in the Five Man Army (Nick Busick, Leo Burke, Steve Blackman and Shane Douglas) all came out and congratulated him as the crowd roared their approval. After an exciting run in Pacific Coast Wrestling, at last, Bam Bam Bigelow was now a champion!

Stud Stable vs. The Fabs just seems like a natural fit. Funk vs. Rhodes is bound to be explosive. Gotta love the mask vs. mask feud.

Brilliant opening interview. Can't wait to see what you do with "Luscious" Lanny Poffo. Exciting main event, schmozz ending signalling the start of great things.

Awesome show. Love what you are doing with Chicky Starr. Great main event, Bockwinkel will make an excellent champion.

Blackwell was easing towards the downwards trajectory of his career in real life at this point and in the project was about to leave the territory, so I was good with him putting over the One True Rookie Of The Year. Similarly, while they have more accomplishments in the project, in real life at this time the Hart Foundation were a mid-card tag team and having endless matches with the Killer Bees. They had already racked up several wins over British Steel, so I didn't figure it would tarnish them to give the skinny English kids the "make the fans happy" win. The hart Foundation are one of my all time favorite teams and they will have a big part of the PCW spotlight.

Thank you so much for the feedback, I truly appreciate it. I am glad you enjoyed the show. I was a bit worried about giving so many young and frequently made up teams victories over more experienced, real world established teams. But I felt I had put in enough time with the young teams who had paid their dues and figured I could justify with giving them their own feel good moment. The Snowbirds winning the belts was a last minute change, but I felt that was the best result because a) they had come so close to winning the belts that to have them fall short would leave "the fans" feeling cheated, and b) Owen and Pillman were so good right from the start that any promotion with any sense at all would give them an immediate push.

Been anxious to get this posted, but couldn't do it until after I posted the Aloha Spectacular, which took a long time to write. Effective after that show : Scott Hall/Mike Miller/Joel Deaton/Jimmy Del Rey/Keiichi Yamada will go from Texas All Star to Pacific Coast Wrestling in exchange for Dan Spivey/Al Perez/Manny Fernandez/Gary Young/Jerry Blackwell Tom Zenk will go to Lutte Internantionale for Future Considerations Grizzly Boone will be sent to Free Agency. Tom Magee and Todd Morton will be picked up from Free Agency.

Pacific Coast Wrestling Aloha Spectacular, Neal S. Blaisdell Center, Honolulu , February 27th Ron Simmons vs. Chris Candido Pacific Coast Wrestling's annual big show from Hawaii kicks off with a match between two of the newest members of the PCW roster. Both of these young men have been turning a lot of heads since their arrival, Simmons with his devastating and explosive power, and Candido with his combination of talent and petulance. Candido certainly knew better than to face Simmons head on, and after a long period of stalling, managed a pretty effective cat and mouse campaign against the All American, peppering him with shots and then backpedaling to duck out of the way of any retaliation. He kept this up for a while, but then got cocky and took a moment to gloat after a leapfrog, only to turn around and get blasted with a brutal clothesline. Candido still had the presence of mind to immediately roll out of the ring , but he was clearly knocked for a loop. He was able to land several well placed dropckicks, but Simmons was gaining on him, and Candido made the severely poor choice to try to whip Simmons into the ropes. Simmons reversed it with ease, and caught Candido coming off the ropes with a crushing power slam. He followed up with a running spear and got the three count. Clearly, the sky is the limit in PCW from these two young gladiators. Vic Steamboat vs. Brian Adams The feud between Missy Hyatt International and Gary Hart International rolls on with this battle between young Vic Steamboat and Hart's big bodyguard Brian Adams. The Honolulu fans took particular interest in this match between two Hawaiians, and both men were geared up to win local bragging rights. Adams came out very aggressively, opening up with some big haymakers that rocked Steamboat. But Steamboat was able to survive the opening onslaught and start firing back with blistering chops and kicks. The match had a lot of twists and turns, with both men having the advantage at different points. Adams was able to knock Steamboat out of the ring with a clothesline, but then turned his back to recover and didn't realize that Steamboat had caught himself on the top rope. Steamboat quickly went up to the top turnbuckle, and when Adams turned around, Steamboat hit a flying cross body press that scored the pinfall. A high profile with for Steamboat that went over well with the Hawaiian fans. The Thundercats (Norman Smiley & Too Cold Scorpio) vs. The Dog Pound (Brian Knobbs & Rick Steiner) These two teams have had some fearsome battles leading up to this match and the fans were expecting something crazy. They weren't disappointed as both teams right after each other without even waiting for the bell. A fair size contingent of the Wild Dogs, the fans of the Dog Pound, were at ringside for this match and made their presence felt, making a lot of noise and annoying the nearby fans. Both teams had a lot of pent up frustration that they eagerly took out on each other with flying fists and kicks. They took it all around the ringside and up and down the aisle before finally coming back into the ring. This was a match that clearly took a lot out of both teams, and they held nothing back. An exhausted Smiley tried to finish off Steiner with an atomic drop, but Steiner blocked it and hit a running bulldog headlock to put Smiley down for good. The Thundercats were dejected at their loss and were about to head out of the ring, but the Dog Pound took them by the shoulders and spun them around. Scorpio and Smiley thought they wanted more, and put their fists up, in spite of their exhausted condition. But Knobbs and Steiner only wanted to give them, well, not a handshake, but at the very least a palm slap. The Thundercats may not have won the match, but both teams seem to have earned each other's esteem. Bam Bam Bigelow & Nick Busick vs. Waylon Mercy & Stan Hansen Several weeks ago, Stan "The Lariat" Hansen made his return to PCW by joining Mercy in defeating Bigelow and Busick. The Army worked hard to bounce back from that defeat and have managed some victories over the deranged duo, but as yet were unable to get Hansen's shoulders to the match. They were determined to change that with this match, and these four heavyweights looked like they just might destroy the ring in the struggle to come out on top. Both teams were dropping bombs with huge slams and power moves, and no matter what Mercy and Hansen threw at Busick and Bigelow, the Army kept coming back. Bigelow clotheslined Mercy out of the ring, then dropped on him with a splash from the ring apron, which took them both out of the match. This left Busick in the ring with Hansen, and the two started blasting away at each other with haymakers. Hansen managed to stagger Busick with a right hand punch, then came off the ropes for a lariat, and it looked like that would be that for the match. But Busick managed to duck it, and when Hansen came back off the rebound, Busick caught him in the Spinebuster Slam. One … two … THREE!!! The man from Powerhouse Hill had pulled off the seeming impossible and had pinned the Madman from Borger! The fans cheered loudly as Bigelow and Leo Burke came in the ring and celebrated with Busick. Badd Company vs. The Midnight Express Once again, we had two teams with a bitter rivalry squaring off against each other. Badd Company were accompanied not just by their manager Missy Hyatt, but also their mentor Dave Taylor and Missy's bodyguard Jerry Blackwell, so Jim Cornette and Big Bubba Rogers were wary of sticking their noses into the action. The result was a tag team clinic that had the fans spellbound. Double teams, combination moves, swift tags in and out, all were on display as these two teams had a classic match with each other. Even with their manager somewhat neutralized, Condrey and Eaton still had plentiful dirty tricks of their own, but Tanaka and Eaton kept roaring back with their combination of skill and resilience. The Express thought they had it when they set Tanaka up for the Double Goozle. But Diamond tripped up Condrey from the outside by grabbing his leg and pulling him outside the ring. Tanaka then caught Eaton flush on the jaw with a thrust kick and swiftly got the three count. Jim Cornette looked like he was going to have a stroke but Missy Hyatt and her men were ecstatic for their victory. Pacific Television Title Match : Bob Orton © vs. Dave Taylor Taylor barely had time to catch his breath after heading back to the locker room with his young pupils before he headed back out for his Television Title match. Ever since winning the TV title towards the end of 1985, Orton has seen off a host of challengers, but the young English superstar was a challenge he was not used to facing. Although Orton's junior by 7 years, Taylor has considerable experience in his native Britain and was coming off a successful tour of Japan. Both men came from wrestling families and both men were tough of nails with a wealth of technical skills at their disposal. With two such evenly matched opponents, the match came down to a game of human chess, with move and counter-move, hold and counter-hold. As the match wore on, both men started to go for more of their big moves, but Orton was able to block the Butterfly suplex, and Taylor fought out every attempt by Orton to get him on the top turnbuckle for the Superplex. Both men were still going at it when the bell rang, signaling a 20 minute time limit draw. Taylor might not have won the title, but he had gone the distance with the champ, making an indelible memory in the minds of the fans. Barry Windham & Mike Rotunda vs. Iron & Steel (Tony Atlas & Larry Cameron) The Brigade came into the new year determined to accomplish great things, and definitely seem to be on their way up in PCW. But they have lately found their mettle tested by the tough new tag team of Atlas and Cameron. Iron & Steel have proven to be quite the formidable rivals for Windham and Rotunda, with the two teams swapping victories in matches leading up to this ultimate showdown. The two sides rocked the ring in this match, with impressive feats of strength and power by Atlas and Cameron, balanced by the talent and intensity of Windham and Rotunda. It looked like it would be all over for the Brigade when Atlas had Rotunda nearly in the Full Nelson. But in a considerable display of strength of his own, Rotunda blocked the attempt, and countered with a Samoan Drop. Cameron charged in to break up the pin, but Windham intercepted him with a western lariat, and the ref counted to three. It took a lot, but the Brigade had prevailed, and would now would move on to their next challenge. Jim Duggan vs. Buddy Rose Ever since his betrayal at the hands of the Playboy Club, Duggan has been itching to get his hands on Buddy Rose, and wasn't about to wait for the ring bell to sound before he tore right into the Playboy. He opened up with big lefts and rights that knocked Rose out of the ring, and Duggan immediately went out after him. Ed Wiskowski tried to interfere, but got a 2x4 upside his head for his troubles. Duggan and Rose went through chairs, tables, even the ringside barricade, with both men being busted open. The match never got anywhere near returning to the ring, so the ref had no choice but to throw the match out. Looks like this feud has quite a ways to go before being resolved. Jerry Blackwell vs. Big Bubba Rogers This match of the two super heavyweight bodyguards had both of their members a vocal presence at ringside, Missy Hyatt for Blackwell and Jim Cornette for Rogers. Early in the match, Rogers tried to bodyslam Blackwell, but couldn't even budge the Mountain From Stone Mountain. He eventually took the low road, taking advantage of a distraction caused by his manager by clipping Blackwell's leg from behind. He then took advantage by working over Blackwell's leg, and the Crusher was clearly in a lot of pain, but he was able to battle back and make his way to his feet. He rocked Rogers with big punches and was able to get the Louisville Titan up in a body slam. But he was too close to the ropes, and Cornette was able to jam his tennis racket from ringside into the injured leg of Blackwell. Blackwell collapsed with Rogers on top of him, and Big Bubba put his feet on the ropes for leverage to get the tainted pinfall. A dirty win for Big Bubba, but that would be expected for one of Cornette's men. British Steel (Steven Regal & Robbie Brookside) vs. The Hart Foundation After the damage he took in the last match, Jerry Blackwell was not able to accompany British Steel to the ring, but they did have their mentor Dave Taylor with them, and he kept a watchful eye on Gary Hart and his bodyguard Brian Adams. British Steel had managed some wins in their feud with the Harts, but were hoping that tonight they would get a high profile victory to show they are the real deal. The Harts were not about to willingly let that happen, and the two teams went to war. There wasn't a lot of time during this match where there were only two wrestlers in the ring, with a lot of double teams and out of control brawling. Every time it seemed that British Steel might take the win, the wily Hart Foundation would pull it from their grasp. Regal tried to take Hart down with a Sunset Flip out of the corner, but Hart cut it off by grabbing Regal's trunks and getting his shoulders to the match. However, the ref was busy escorting Neidhart from the ring, and Brookside took advantage with a dropkick that reversed the pinfall. The ref turned around, and leapt over to give the three count that gave the win to British Steel. The crowd cheered the result. British Steel have well and truly arrived. Black Gold (Shane Douglas & Steve Blackman) vs. The Hollywood Knights (Gary Young & Dan Severn) These two teams have gone at it in a number of singles and tag matches, and two increasing elements in these matches have been the growing respect between Severn and Douglas and Severn's increasing frustration with his partner. Young certainly didn't help his case, with several ill timed attempts to tip the balance of the match only causing problems for his partner when Young got caught. Despite his esteem for Douglas, Severn retained an iron focus on trying to win the match, and when Douglas attempted a belly to belly suplex, Severn deftly blocked it and took Douglas down with a brutal single armed judo throw. He then locked Douglas in the body scissors sleeper, and nothing Douglas did could break the hold. Douglas surrendered, and Severn immediately released the hold. The Hollywood Knights may have been victorious, but Severn was staring daggers at Young all the way back to the locker room. Golden State Tag Team Title Match : Chavo & Hector Guerrero (c) vs. The Snowbirds (Owen Hart & Brian Pillman) The young team of the Snowbirds have captured the imagination of the fans as they kept getting closer, ever closer, to taking the Golden State Tag Team Titles from the Guerrero Brothers. But the veteran Guerreros are not to be taken lightly, having proved to be determined and fearsome champions since taking the titles, and weren't about to go down without a fight. The result was a spectacular match that had the fans spellbound, with plentiful high flying from the Snowbirds and deft tag work from the Guerreros. Owen was looking to polish Hector off with a reverse cross body press from the top rope, but Hector ducked. Hector took a moment to congratulate himself, but it was all a feint by Hart, who hit a missile dropkick on the surprised Guerrero. One … two … THREE!!!! The fans exploded and the Snowbirds were overjoyed, having won gold so early into their career. California Title Match : Al Perez © vs. Tracy Smothers Ever since abandoning his partner in the Southern Boys and joining the Hollywood Knights, the self styled Mr. Hollywood has been insufferable, running his mouth about what he was going to accomplish in PCW. Well, he now had the chance to put his money where his mouth was, challenging for the California Title from the popular Al Perez. Smothers opened up with baiting tactics, trying various underhanded moves to try to goad Perez into making a mistake. But Perez was not so easily drawn in, keeping a cool head and managing some swift takedowns to get Smothers in place for submissions holds that Mr. Hollywood was just barely able to escape. But Smothers had considerable skill of his own and at several points looked like he might just pull out the win. The Latin Heartthrob was able to withstand Smothers attacks and it looked like the champ would prevail when he was getting Smothers up for the Ally-Copter, but a flailing elbow from Smothers caught Perez flush in the face, and Perez dropped the challenger to the mat. Smothers snuck in a nasty low blow kick that staggered Perez, and Smothers went up top and hit the Jawjacker. The ref made the three count and there was a new California champion, much to the disappointment of the crowd. Smothers was well pleased with himself, and when the rest of the Hollywood Knights (Gary Young, Dan Severn, Chris Candido) came into the ring to congratulate him, Smothers demanded the ringside mic. Smothers : I told you, I TOLD YOU! I told you losers all that Mr. Hollywood was headed for big things, and *holding up the California Title belt* here is the proof. Who better to be the California champ than Mr. Hollywood? And who better to be the leader of the Hollywood Knights than Mr. Hollywood? Gary Young : Ummm, Tracy, in case you forgot … I am the leader of the Hollywood Knights. Smothers : Hey, Gary! Thanks for reminding me. I've been meaning to talk with you about that. Smothers snapped his fingers and Young's eyes bulged out with shock and fear as Dan Severn grabbed him from behind and crushed him with a waistlock suplex. Severn then hit a series of brutal suplexes on Young, tossing him about like a ragdoll, before Candido gleefully went up to the top rope and hit a flying legdrop on the now deposed former leader of the Hollywood Knights. Severn had his trademark scowl as he left the ring, but Smothers and Candido were laughing as they left the crumpled form of Young behind. It looks like Gary Young's time in the Hollywood Knights, the group he had founded, is now at a close. Pacific Tag Team Title Match : Cabin Fever (Manny Fernandez & Grizzly Boone) © vs. ?? ?? After the split between Buddy Rose and Jim Duggan, the Pacific Tag Team Title match had been up in the air, but Commissioner Dutch Savage was adamant that Cabin Fever would defend their belts against top contenders. Normally in these circumstances, the champion team would be cocky or dismissive of the mystery opponents, but Fernandez and Boone did not become dominant champions by being foolhardy, and looked angry and intense as they awaited their challengers. Even so, they might not have been quite ready for what came next, as the arena PA played "Flirting With Disaster" by Molly Hatchet, signaling the arrival of … THE WILD BULLS! The crowd exploded and the Bull Pen, the Gantner Brothers' personal cheering section, went nuts as they charged out, only to be met in the aisle by Cabin Fever. This was no technical masterpiece, this was a knock down, drag out fight. Flying fists aplenty and the claret was flowing as these two monster teams slugged it out. Even with their considerable momentum, Ed and Rick Gantner found Cabin Fever a difficult team to put down, but little by little, they started chipping away at the champs. Ed Gantner eventually started blasting away on Boone, trying to get him off his feet, and finally nailed him with the Bull Hammer (running forearm smash to the face) that knocked the big mountain man out of the ring. His brother Rick then hit the Hangman's Drop (two handed suspended chokeslam) on Fernandez, showing the Ragin' Bull who were the biggest bulls in the woods, and the Gantner Brothers were the new Pacific Tag Team Champions. Despite the Wild Bulls' rough and rowdy past, the fans cheered on their victory, and the Bull Pen looked like they were about to riot. Pacific Heavyweight Title Match : Eddie Gilbert © vs. Chris Adams It was finally time for the main event, and the fans were hungry for the big title match. Eddie Gilbert had become a beloved champion, but thus far had not been able to decisively defeat Chris Adams, and the Englishmen was hungry to take the title he felt was rightfully his. The match got swiftly underway, with no feeling out period and instead both men going at it fist and fire. After a while, they started throwing bigger moves at each other, but nothing was able to put the other down for good. The match wore on, taking a heavy toll on both men, but Adams kept coming after Gilbert. It looked like it was all over when Adams hit Gilbert with the Superkick, but it sent the champion flying out of the ring, and Adams had to go out after him. Gilbert still had the presence of mind to grab Adams by the waist and shove him hard shoulder first into the ringsteps. Gilbert was able to recover enough to grab Adams by the hair and toss him into the ring, and when he got back in he hit a kneedrop to Adams' shoulder that clearly caused a lot of pain to the challenger. He then unleashed a series of brutal elbow smashes to Adams' head before hoisting him up for a piledriver. Adams was just barely able to kick out at 2, so Gilbert then hit another piledriver and this finally got him the three count. The champion had retained his title, but it had clearly taken a lot out of him, and Gilbert seemed to have to draw on his last reserves of energy to get back to his feet and embrace his manager, Missy Hyatt. Nonetheless, the fans showed their appreciation with joyous applause for the triumphant champion, putting a close to a great night of wrestling.

I had Hansen briefly early on in the project, but couldn't really figure what to do with him. I think I have a better grasp of him now.

Pacific Coast Wrestling Show from the UCSB Event Center, Santa Barbara, February 21st Hiroshi Hase vs. Bret Hart A very closely matched contest that Hart won by countering a clothesline with a crucifix Vic Steamboat vs. Mando Guerrero Steamboat won with the Flying Cross Body Press Brian Pillman vs. Chavo Guerrero Pillman nearly pinned Chavo with a rollup out of the corner, but Guerrero kicked out and nailed Pillman with a German Suplex for the win Robbie Brookside vs. The Great Muta Muta scored the victory with the Moonsault Owen Hart vs. Hector Guerrero Owen defeated Hector with a takeover suplex Barry Windham & Mike Rotunda vs. Waylon Mercy & Stan Hansen As one could imagine, Hansen was very tough for the Brigade to contain, but Windham managed to hit a running Bulldog Headlock on Mercy to pull out a victory Pacific Light Heavyweight Title Match : Too Cold Scorpio © vs. Chris Candido Give Candido credit, his natural talent and athleticism were a tough challenge for Scorpio, and the match had the fans spellbound as it went to a 20 minute time limit draw. After the match, Scorpio didn't even bother offering Candido a handshake, and instead just stood there smiling at him until Candido stormed off in his usual tantrum, causing Scorpio to laugh out loud. California Title Match : Al Perez © vs. Ed Wiskowski Perez won when Jim Duggan showed up at ringside and he and Wiskowski started to brawl, resulting in the Polish Prince being counted out.

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the LA Sports Arena, Los Angeles, on ESPN / TSN Pacific Super Cards, February 20th Ron Simmons vs. Gary Young Simmons pinned Young after hitting a running spear Four Corners Tag Team Match : Tom Zenk & Al Perez vs. The Wild Bulls (Ed & Rick Gantner) vs. The Thundercats (Too Cold Scorpio & Norman Smiley) vs. The Dog Pound (Rick Steiner & Brian Knobbs) The Thundercats and the Dog Pound eliminated each other while brawling at ringside. Rick Gantner then took the match by hitting the Hangman's Drop (two handed chokeslam) on Zenk. During the match, security had to be called in to stop fights between the Bull Pen and the Wild Dogs, the rowdy fans of, respectively, the Wild Bulls and the Dog Pound. British Steel (Steven Regal & Robbie Brookside) vs. The Midnight Express Jim Cornette kept trying to interfere in the match , but that backfired when Badd Company came down to ringside and, when Cornette tried to toss his tennis racket to his men, but Badd Company grabbed it from him and ran back to the locker room. Cornette chased after them, but this was enough of a distraction for Brookside to blindside Eaton with a running cross body press to get the pinfall Shane Douglas vs. Dan Severn Both men showed up with their respective partners at ringside, but Severn told Gary Young to head back to the locker room so he could take care of things on his own. A confused Young returned to the locker room , so Steve Blackman headed back as well as a sign of good faith. Douglas and Severn then had a tight and exciting technical battle that ended when Douglas attempted a belly to belly suplex , but Severn blocked it and countered with a backdrop suplex for the pinfall. After the match, Severn offered Douglas a handshake as a sign of respect, which Douglas accepted. Leo Burke, Bam Bam Bigelow & Nick Busick vs. The Crazy Gang (Bob Orton, Manny Fernandez & Grizzly Boone) A hard hitting battle that Bigelow took when he hit a slingshot splash on Orton. His partners and the fans were jubilant at his pinning the Television Champion Eddie Gilbert, Vic Steamboat, Dave Taylor & Badd Company vs. Chris Adams , The Great Muta, Brian Adams & the Hart Foundation As one could imagine, these two factions tore into each other in an epic battle. It came down to a battle between Chris Adams and Pat Tanaka, but it was at this point that the Midnight Express came down to ringside and Bobby Eaton snuck in and hit a flying elbow smash on Tanaka, which set him up for a Superkick by Chris Adams that got the win for Gary Hart International

Pacific Wrestling Showcase from the Olympic Auditorium , Los Angeles , on ESPN / TSN, January Shane Douglas vs. Gary Young With Black Gold and the Hollywood Knights heading towards a big showdown at Aloha Spectacular, many eyes were on this singles match. Douglas had his Black Gold partner, Steve Blackman, along with his mentor Leo Burke in his corner, while Young was backed up by the rest of the Hollywood Knights. Dan Severn, Tracy Smothers and Chris Candido were a looming presence at ringside, but Douglas knew his best friends had his back, and remained focused on Young. No matter what sort of chicanery Young tried to pull, Douglas kept his calm and fired back with quick dropkicks and clotheslines. Gary Young kept trying to get Severn to interfere on his behalf , but "The Beast" kept giving him a death glare. Young eventually started shouting at Severn from the ring, but this nearly cost him the match when Douglas snuck up and caught him a rollup. Young was just barely able to kickout, but when he got to his feet, he immediately headed to ringside and started arguing with Severn. Severn just kept staring him down, but the ref and Tracy Smothers both came over to try to separate them. Taking advantage of the distraction , Chris Candido swiftly ascended the top rope and nailed Douglas with a flying dropkick. Smothers immediately grabbed Young by the hair and tossed him into the ring, telling him to make the cover, which he did for the three count. Blackman and Burke protested, but the ref didn't see Candido's interference and the decision stood. The Hollywood Knights took the match, but are there signs of dissension in the ranks? Barry Windham vs. Tony Atlas Two more teams heading for a battle at Aloha Spectacular are the Brigade and Iron & Steel. In this singles match, both Windham and Atlas were accompanied by their partners. These two big powerful men had a ferocious fight that caused the ring to shake with every slam and throw. Windham managed to knock Atlas out of the ring with a big clothesline, but the momentum carried himself out as well. It was at the point that Larry Cameron made his presence felt, attacking Windham from behind. Mike Rotunda came charging over to help his partner, and the two teams slugged it out until a double countout was declared. It looks like Aloha Spectacular will be where they will settle it all. Dave Taylor vs. Bret Hart In what has been a trend this evening, both men brought backup. In Hart's case, it was his manager Gary Hart, Gary's bodyguard Brian Adams, and Bret's partner Jim Neidhart. Taylor was taking no chances, bringing out his manager Missy Hyatt and her own bodyguard Jerry Blackwell, along with his two young pupils Steven Regal and Robbie Brookside of British Steel. The two sides kept eying each other like hungry sharks, but mostly kept out of the action while a taught scientific showdown took place. Taylor and Hart both came from wrestling families and were evenly matched throughout. Hart tried to take down Taylor for good with a Russian Legsweep, but Taylor countered with an elbow to the face, then followed up with a bridging Butterfly suplex for the pinfall. This will put Taylor in very good position for his Television Title match at Aloha Spectacular. Time will tell if his momentum will continue and bring him the belt. Interview : Frank Bonnema stands in the ring Bonnema : Ladies and gentlemen, my next guest shocked a lot of people with what he recently did to "Hacksaw" Jim Duggan … "Playboy" Buddy Rose! The fans explode in boos as Rose, along with "The Polish Prince" Ed Wiskowski make their way to the ring. Rose , for his part, is unfazed, laughing all the way to the ring. Bonnema : Buddy Rose, the fans are rightly appalled at your recent actions. Whatever possessed you to turn on a fellow member of the Playboy Club? Rose : That, Frank Bonnema, is yet another time that you are wrong. Duggan was never a member of the Playboy Club. He is the furthest thing from Playboy Club material. He was a useful idiot whom I used to get what I wanted, which was revenge on the Crazy Gang. Once I got that, I kicked him to the curb like the rest of trash. Bonnema : But what was the point? This cost you your shot at the Pacific Tag Team Titles? Rose : What makes you think I care about the Tag Team Titles? I've already held them twice, both times with better men than Duggan. I don't need them again. And if I were to go after them, it wouldn't be with a slob like Duggan. It would be with a high class gentleman like the Polish Prince here. *Wiskowski nods* No, I have my sights set a lot higher than that. It's been too long since the Pacific Heavyweight Title belt was around my slim, trim waist. Well, it's about time it came back where it belongs. Eddie baby, you keep it nice and shiny, because if you somehow make it past Chris Adams, I am coming for you. And I certainly don't need Jim Duggan to do that. Rose is interrupted as Jim Duggan charges the ring, swinging his 2x4. Rose and Wiskowski scatter back to the locker room, but immediately afterwards, PCW Commissioner Dutch Savage got on the arena PA and announced that not only would there definitely be a PCW Tag Team Title match at Aloha Spectacular, but Duggan and Rose would face each other in a singles match. Vic Steamboat vs. Chris Adams After the various shenanigans going on in tonight's shows, the ref declared that nobody who wasn't licensed to be at ringside would go back to the locker room, and any interference would be met with fines and suspension. The bodyguards Jerry Blackwell and Brian Adams begrudgingly went back to the locker room, leaving only the wrestlers and their managers, Missy Hyatt and Gary Hart, in the ring. The managers stepped out and got down to it, in a very tense battle between the more experience Adams and the fiery rookie Steamboat. Steamboat came at Adams full throttle, holding nothing back, and Adams certainly had his hands full with the young Hawaiian. But the Englishman wasn't the number one contender for nothing, and was always able to find the right move to cut off Steamboat's momentum. Steamboat whipped Adams hard into the corner, but Adams caught himself just before he would have gone into the turnbuckle, and when Steamboat came charging in, Adams caught him flatfooted with a Superkick to the jaw. After that, Adams went for the cover and got the three count. Eddie Gilbert will need to go all out if he is going to keep his title at Aloha Spectacular.

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the Selland Arena, Fresno, February 14th Ron Simmons vs. Waylon Mercy A showdown between two former pro football players that Simmons won with a massive spear on Mercy Shane Douglas vs. Tracy Smothers Young Douglas put in a game effort against "Mr. Hollywood", but Smothers got the better of him by sneaking in a low blow before putting him away with the Jawjacker Badd Company vs. The Midnight Express A wild and intense tag team battle that ended in a double DQ with all 4 men brawling in the ring at once Barry Windham vs. Mando Guerrero The veteran Guerrero was a tough opponent for the second generation star Windham, but the man from Sweetwater was finally able to put him down with a top rope flying clothesline Hiroshi Hase vs. Dan Severn In a battle between two highly accomplished former amateur standouts, these two rising stars had a tight technical battle where Severn ultimately prevailed with a pair of gutwrench suplexes California Title Match : Al Perez © vs. Gary Young Gary Young came out accompanied by Tracy Smothers and Dan Severn , leading to Perez bringing out Barry Windham and Ron Simmons to watch his back. In spite of these distractions, Perez was able to successfully defend his title by executing the Ally-Copter on Young Golden State Tag Team Title Match : Chavo & Hector Guerrero © vs. The Snowbirds (Owen Hart & Brian Pillman) An epic tag match where the Snowbirds looked at several points like they just might take the titles but the Guerreros were able to go the distance and take it to a 30 minute time limit draw, keeping the title belts around their waists

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the Oakland Alameda County Arena, Oakland, on Pacific Super Cards, February 13th The Thundercats (Too Cold Scorpio & Norman Smiley) vs. The Midnight Express This was a distinctly different match from their previous outing. When the Midnight Express made their Pacific Coast debut by catching the Thundercats off guard, this time the popular team of Scorpio and Smiley were ready for them and truly took the fight to Cornette's men. The Thundercats had the Express backpedaling for much of the match and, while Condrey was just barely able to hold down Smiley for the three count after a DDT, the Thundercats are clearly back on track and not to be taken lightly. Brian Pillman vs. Chris Candido In spite of bringing his trademark petulance to the ring, Candido gave Pillman quite the fight before ultimately going down to the Air Pillman. Pillman offered a handshake of respect after the match, but once again, Candido chose to sulk his way back to the locker room Bam Bam Bigelow & Leo Burke vs. Waylon Mercy & Stan Hansen Hansen pinned Burke after a vicious lariat Black Gold (Shane Douglas & Steve Blackman) & Nick Busick vs. The Hollywood Knights (Gary Young, Dan Severn & Tracy Smothers) Douglas hit a belly to belly suplex on Young to get the victory Pacific Tag Team Title Match : Cabin Fever (Grizzly Boone & Manny Fernandez) © vs. Barry Windham & Mike Rotunda Boone pinned Rotunda after Iron & Steel made their way to ringside and Larry Cameron snuck in the ring and hit the Harlem Hammer on Rotunda Ten Man Tag Team Match : Eddie Gilbert, Vic Steamboat, Dave Taylor & British Steel (Steven Regal & Robbie Brookside) vs. Chris Adams, The Great Muta, Brian Adams & The Hart Foundation An epic match that ended when Steamboat came off the top rope and hit a flying cross body press on Neidhart to pull out the win for his team

Pacific Wrestling Showcase from the Cow Palace , San Francisco , on ESPN / TSN, February 12th Ron Simmons vs. Des Quilty The newest member of the Brigade has been gaining a lot of attention from the fans with his explosive power and hard hitting style. He took time to shake hands with the fans on the way to the ring but once he was all focus, looking intently across the ring to Quilty until the bell rang, at which point he came roaring out of the blocks and flattened him with a clothesline. He then proceeded to toss him around the ring like a bag of dirty laundry before press slamming him with seemingly no effort at all. He finally put him away with a devastating spear that got the 3 count. Of all of the rising stars in PCW, Simmons is perhaps the most impressive. Steve Blackman vs. Dan Severn Speaking of impressive newcomers, these two warriors squared off in a match that pitted Blackman's blistering kicks and punches against the elite level grappling ability of Severn. Blackman was accompanied by his mentor Leo Burke and his Black Gold partner Shane Douglas, while Severn was backed up by his cohorts from the Hollywood Knights, Gary Young and Chris Candido. Blackwell used his kicks to great effect to inflict a lot of damage and force Severn to keep his distance, but when Severn was able to close the gap, he was able to grab Blackman and hit some jarring throws and takedowns. The battle between the two was quite intense and it reached a climax when Severn dove in for a take down, but Blackman was able to counter with a knee shot that grazed Severn in the head and staggered the Michigan native. Blackman swiftly capitalized by taking him down with a legsweep and wrapping him in an Indian leglock. Severn seemed to be working on an escape, possibly getting to the ropes, but Gary Young decided to take no chances, leaping into the ring and breaking the hold with a boot to Blackman's head. Unfortunately for him, he did this right in front of the ref, who called for the bell and gave the match to Blackman by DQ. Severn is not an emotionally demonstrative person by any means, but he was staring daggers at Young as they went back to the locker room. Tom Zenk vs. The Great Muta The Great Muta used to be a well respected member of the PCW roster, but ever since he joined the ranks of Gary Hart International, that respect has turned to terror. Whether it has been the sinister mist, his blistering kicks or the spectacular Moonsault, Muta has torn through the PCW competition with unprecedented speed and ferocity. Nothing Tom Zenk did seemed to slow back the Pearl Of The Orient, as Muta tore into him with rapid fire kicks and shots, before he sent the former California champion to the mat with a backbreaker and polished him off with the Moonsault. Eddie Gilbert may currently have his hands full with Chris Adams, but even if he survives that challenge, he may well be facing the Great Muta in the not too distant future. Interview : Frank Bonnema stands in the ring Bonnema : Ladies and gentlemen, my next guests have made quite an impact in their short time in Pacific Coast Wrestling … Jim Cornette and the Midnight Express! The crowd explodes in boos as Jim Cornette, Bobby Eaton, Dennis Condrey and Big Bubba Rogers head to the ring. Cornette is his usual smug self and, while a number of fans look like they want to charge in and take a swing at him, the presence of Big Bubba makes them think better of it. Bonnema : Jim Cornette, four weeks ago, right here in San Francisco, you said, well, plenty. What more do you have to say now? Jim Cornette : Four weeks later and four simple words : I TOLD YOU SO! I said that the Midnight Express would run right over all of the so called competition in PCW, and that's just what we did. All of the other tag teams are running scared, and it's only a matter of time before we hold gold! Bonnema : Now wait one minute, Jim Cornette! Your men have gotten some pretty impressive wins, but Badd Company are certainly not scared of you. They've even beaten your men! Cornette : You mind your tongue, Bonnema, before I have Big Bubba wash your mouth out with soap! Badd Company may have stolen, … yes, stolen some wins from the Express! They used underhanded and ungentlemanly tactics, just the sort of thing I would expect from people who would associate with Missy Hyatt. Missy is just the sort of woman I would expect to find loitering in the part of town that my mother won't let me visit! And she is clearly jealous of me. She sees that I have the best tag team in the world, the has to send her own team to try and tear us down. She is intimidated by my bodyguard, so she hires her own bodyguard in "Crusher" Jerry Blackwell . Well, she clearly went looking for bargains, because the best she could get was that hick from Stone Mountain. A man like that wouldn't be allowed to trim the hedges of my family's estate, let alone dine at our table. Well, I put my faith in the baddest man in the Universe! Big Bubba has been a trusted employee of my family for years. My beloved mother pays him good money to be my friend, and he has been the best friend money can buy. He is a thousand times tougher than that gutbucket Jerry Blackwell, and will prove it when they face off at Aloha Spectacular! Yes, I have signed a match between my man and that overstuffed baked potato that calls himself "Crusher", and we will prove that no one, and I mean no one, dares to mess with Big Bubba and gets away with it! Street Fight : Buddy Rose, Ed Wiskowski & Jim Duggan vs. The Crazy Gang (Bob Orton, Grizzly Boone & Manny Fernandez) These two factions have been waging an intense and brutal war, and it all comes to a head in this all out showdown. With no rules to hold them back, both sides let out all the stops, with every man in the match being busted open during the match. This match went much longer than anyone would have thought, and every time it seemed like one side could give no more, their raw hatred of their enemies would give them the push to keep going. Fernandez looked like he might just be able to take out Rose when he went for the flying burrito forearm, but Rose ducked at the last second, and Fernandez wound up being levelled by the three point clothesline from Duggan. Rose then hit the Inside Out Backbreaker and Duggan and Wiskowski held off Boone and Orton while the ref made the three count. The Playboy Club had gotten their biggest victory yet. The crowd cheered as Rose and Wiskowski raised Duggan's arms in victory … but that immediately turned to stunned silence when Wiskowski blasted Duggan with a short clothesline! He then hit the Face First Piledriver on "Hacksaw", and Rose dropped a series of elbow smashes on Duggan until the members of the Brigade charged into the ring and ran them off. What this means for the tag match between Cabin Fever and Rose and Duggan at Aloha Spectacular remains to be seen, but the alliance between Rose and Duggan is clearly no more.

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from McArthur Court, Eugene, January 10th Hiroshi Hase vs. Chris Candido In spite of his abrasive personality, Candido has a considerable amount of talent and showed it in this tightly contested bout where Hase was eventually put him down with the Northern Lights Suplex. Hase offered to shake his hand in respect after the match, but Candido stormed off in a huff The Thundercats (Too Cold Scorpio & Norman Smiley) vs. The Hollywood Knights (Gary Young & Dan Severn) The Thundercats came in quite banged up from the previous night's match but still put in a game effort before Severn finally put Smiley down with a backdrop suplex Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Stan Hansen These two big bruisers had a high impact match that couldn't be contained by the ring, as they both ended up being counted out while brawling in the aisle The Snowbirds (Owen Hart & Brian Pillman) vs. The Dog Pound (Brian Knobbs & Rick Steiner) The Dog Pound were similarly showing wear and tear from the night before but were also ready to go and actually pulled off the victory when Owen went for a running cross body press and Knobbs reversed it into a power slam. The Wild Dogs went nuts at this result and security had to come out to order them to behave themselves. Golden State Tag Team Title Match : Chavo & Hector Guerrero © vs. Black Gold (Shane Douglas & Steve Blackman) The Guerreros squared off against one of the fastest rising young teams in PCW in a match where the momentum swung back and forth but the champions were ultimately triumphant when Hector caught Douglas in the Guerrero Clutch Pacific Television Title Match : Bob Orton © vs. Ron Simmons In his second title defense in as many nights, Orton faced off against the powerhouse rookie out of Florida State, Ron Simmons, and used his considerable guile and ring skills to go the distance, taking the match to a 20 minute time limit draw.

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the Portland Memorial Coliseum , Portland , on ESPN / TSN Pacific Super Cards, January 9th British Steel (Steven Regal & Robbie Brookside) vs. The Hart Foundation Bret Hart was setting up Brookside for the figure four leglock when Brookside caught him in an inside cradle and managed to keep his shoulders down for the three count. Brian Adams tried to enter the ring to break up the count but was intercepted by Dave Taylor. British Steel and the fans were overjoyed at this important victory, but the real test will come up at Aloha Spectacular, where these two teams will face off in their highest profile match yet. Tom Zenk & Al Perez vs. The Wild Bulls (Ed & Rick Gantner) The Bullpen was out in force, cheering on their team as they defeated the Brigade when Rick hit the Hangman's Drop (two handed chokeslam) on Zenk The Thundercats (Too Cold Scorpio & Norman Smiley) vs. The Dog Pound (Brian Knobbs & Rick Steiner) The Wild Dogs were so obnoxious, they were annoying the other fans (including the aforementioned Bullpen), to the extent that security threatened to eject them from the arena. The Dog Pound and Thundercats had a crazy match where Scorpio hit a top rope flying body press to the outside on both Knobbs and Steiner and managed to make it back in the ring in time to win by countout. Both teams continued to fight after the final count. Badd Company vs. The Midnight Express Diamond had Eaton set up for a German Suplex , but Condrey took advantage of a ref distraction to come off the top rope with a flying elbow smash to the back of the head to steal the win for the Midnights Dave Taylor vs. Chris Candido Taylor certainly had his hands full trying to rein in the bratty Candido, who threw a combination of rapid fire moves and chicanery at him, but ultimately took him out with a double underhook suplex Pacific Television Title Match : Bob Orton © vs. Buddy Rose Rose won by DQ when he was attacked by Manny Fernandez. Ed Wiskowski ran out and helped Rose run off the Crazy Gang. Orton retained the Television Title. Barry Windham & Mike Rotunda vs. Iron & Steel (Tony Atlas & Larry Cameron) These two teams have had some incredibly hard hitting matches of late. Rotunda was able to pin Atlas with a Samoan Drop to take this match for the Brigade. They will face each other again at the Aloha Spectacular. Eddie Gilbert & Vic Steamboat vs. Chris Adams & The Great Muta Muta pinned Steamboat with the Moonsault

Going to try to work in more interviews on my TV shows. I really don't think I've done right by some of the people I have had in the past (I don't think Michael Hayes got anywhere near a microphone during his time in PCW), but with people like Jim Cornette on the roster, will try to find more opportunities to let them speak.
