Really fun match and I thought actually Zenk was really good in it knowing his role and not being annoying. The midnights varying their offense so well to keep things interesting and Bobby Eaton has had some great punches this year. The legdrop with the racket and post match was done real well.

Pretty shit match. I know bravo was on his way down but he got nothing here as this was a vehicle for Warrior/Hogan now and Hogan/Quake in the future. Good to at least see some interaction between Hogan and Warrior and I don't know why they haven't done a face off type interview with them and Mean Gene.

I have been given Hogans promos a pass but this was terrible as Hogan compares himself to God and again alludes that Warrior is the devil. Warrior responds with his typical nonsense. THese promos are amusing in a wrestlecrap way but man it is amazing that this program drew any money and that both wrestlers didn't get a negative reaction in Toronto.

I really like these texas tags because it gives a good indication of the action in the MSC on Monday nights in longer than clips form. The streak of Dundees bad tights continues. This was pretty good and didn't stray to far from the formula. I also liked the fans pleading with Jeff to recognize that Dundee had been laid out.

Yeah the full version of this could be a strong contender for the errata set because from a big match standpoint this was head and shoulders above what we have seen from AJPW so far. Tenryu desperate struggle to fend off the attack of his leg and then his freakout on JUMBO who just saved him was pretty amazing.

Definitely had to be on the yearbook with it being there first singles match but oy vey this is not very good at all. On one hand I wish we just had the finish since this was time used that could have been used elsewhere but on the other hand, this match is great evidence in how much of a leap Misawa made in a short time. I can't begin to tell you with watching this footage how shocked I am that this is the same man that in 90 days will have one of my favorite matches of all time. We just don't see hardly any evidence of that or a crowd reaction clamoring for that here. Kobashi was till rough around the edges but his enthusiasm is endearing and enhances portions of this match.

Best and clearest sounding Atlas promo talking about what it means to be a champion. Amazing job talking about how hard the road is and how unlikely it is from them to become the champion because they are facing him. Paul gives a great early promo making Orndorff coming in as a big deal. Austin Idol video did look straight on loan from Memphis but was good nonetheless.

Definitely loved the immediate aspect of this right after the match with Luger looking completely spent. He gives a good job describing why he gave up a chance at the title and I can see things from his perspective. Flair is being really devious in his promo. Really good stuff that looked real professional.

Great angle. One thing you have to commend Champion on is he really stayed in for the slap that he knew was coming. Lawler is a great terror at this point of time and its refreshing to see someone that has been in the territory that long have such a great reaction. I always love Eddie mixing it up and this is no exception.

I knew where this was headed when Nate brought the pie but damn if they didn't play it up wonderfully when Nate shoved Lawler back and got cheered. Lawler then beats the hell out of him including a chairshot. I liked Dave getting a shot in saying that lawler had destroyed the studio again.
