[1994-10-30-AAA-Sin Limite] Blue Panther vs El Mariachi
Lucha matches are tough to describe in written format sometimes but I was in awe watching a lot of this and the matwork and transitions were spectacular. So far my lucha MOTY.

[1994-10-30-WWF-Action Zone] Shawn Michaels & Diesel vs 1-2-3 Kid & Razor Ramon
Nash was my MVP in this match and the selling of the superkick really felt like the first time that move was gotten over as an elite finisher. The storyline of the match was well presented and Razor was really good FIP. Vince is at his most annoying here missing move names constantly and yelling 1 - 2 - he got him no he didn't for every nearfall in the last five minutes. Great match overall.

[1994-10-29-WCW-Saturday Night] Sting and Kevin Sullivan
This seemed really heatless and aimless. Dave in a big angle just does not work and you don't really buy Stings brotherhood with Hulk.

Good pull apart brawl that displays the hatred and Thanksgiving Thunder feels like it will be a great show.

[1994-10-29-USWA-TV] Interview: Buddy Landell / Buddy Landell vs Tommy Rich
They really tried to have an episodic feeling to this episode and this was ok but felt really hokey in spots. It seems hard to believe that all security guards will slack on their job and allow Gilbert to come back in.

[1994-10-29-USWA-TV] Eddie Marlin and Scott Bowden / Sid and children
Russell doing the hard sell for a match makes me want to hop in a time machine and watch it live. Eddie Marlin comes and lay down the law. Sid segment was humorous but more pointless than the stuff we have been seeing from him.

[1994-10-23-WCW-Halloween Havoc] Ric Flair vs Hulk Hogan (Loser Must Retire Cage)
Up to the finish, I thought this was pretty great. Flair and Hogan both were cheered and felt like huge stars. The cage match they wrestler reaped of desperation and awesome spots and Flair controlled the offense for a great deal. The interference spots were annoying but did have a chaotic nature and Sherri bumped like crazy. The finish is fine but then Flair just leaves and we get the big Dungeon angle which seems real deflated and cheap after what should have been about the retirement of one of the biggest wrestlers in history. Really big match that had an epic feel but left a horrible taste in your mouth at the ending image.

[1994-10-23-WCW-Main Event] Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan
All the celebrities are here including Joe Louis Jr! The kid behind Bisch who keeps screaming is so annoying HOgan's promo was good again.

[1994-10-22-WCW-Worldwide] Hulk Hogan feature
I can't decide if this was good build for the match or the most self -gratuitous thing I have ever seen. still I love these "real" life features and I do think we did some sides of Hulk here that he guards pretty tightly at this time.

[1994-10-22-USWA-TV] PG-13 vs The Phantoms / The Undertaker vs Sid
The mid south crowd looked huge for the Taker match. I thought Taker actually looked real bad in the clips we saw and Sid!? was carrying the action. Spellbinder looked like he didn't belong at all.

[1994-10-22-USWA-TV] Interview: Sid / Interview: Tommy Rich / Interview: Buddy Landell
Sid in Memphis really fits well and he has played his role so well. Loved them calling out Buddy for being a Flair wannabe and the brawl we got was some nice action.

[1994-10-22-AJW-Tag League The Best] Manami Toyota vs Takako Inoue
Toyota was smooth again in this match and no big botches occurred. Inoue really disappointed me as I was hoping for significant heeling and didn't get it. Good match overall but underachieved.

[1994-10-22-AJPW-October Giant Series] Steve Williams vs Toshiaki Kawada
Liked this more than everyone it seems. Tad too long but I thought the matwork in the beginning was really interesting in that everything looked painful and a lot being done was unconventional. Williams gaining the advantage and using great power moves like launching Kawada into the ropes was a nice sequence. the ending was real dramatic and the ending kicks was the perfect knockout moves to beat Doc. Great match overall.

Wrestling Culture Episode 22
Just was able to listen to this and it made me sad about how few guys they really are nowadays on the indy scene that interest me. Living in Georgia, I have seen my share of chip day and I think he can be hit or miss depending on the show. Just seemed like in 2001 -2003 you had so many interesting characters out there (punk, Cabana, Danielson, Low Ki, Homicide, Super Dragon, Necro) and now I would not put anyone on that level.

Where The Big Boys Play #3
I am still debating my feelings for the main event. I didn't love the match near as much as I thought I would. It really left me cold for the ending and the most memorable things going forward will the be the saves into the cage and Slaughter's dive.
