Wrestling's Scummiest Moment Ever?
When and where did this happen? This happened in 1995 on one of those local indy Feds in the 90s that got TV. The historians on the board would much more than I would about it. I've heard about in the past but last year was the first time I saw it. http://youtu.be/kyXn24iAVYY

Wrestling's Scummiest Moment Ever?
Jim Neidhart dressing up as a Klansmen and beating up Virgil. No matter if you like or dislike Virgil, any person who is flicking the channel would automatically think a KKK member is beating up a black man in a wrestling ring.

Akira Hokuto has breast cancer
Just looked through her blog yesterday for an update and it looks like Hokuto is in good spirits but she is completely bald now. If you look through the pictures of her blog, she posts selfies of her bald but most of the time she wears a beanie. http://s.ameblo.jp/hokuto-akira/ Her announcement had to be huge announcement because I saw that the press conference she had with Kensuke is over a million views on YouTube.

Top 20 Women's Matches of 2015
And this list was great for me since Modern Joshi has been another blind spot for me. I haven't gotten through all of the Joshi matches on this list but I've been entertained by most of them and your reviews have helped a lot. Hope you saw Meiko vs Io Shirai World of Stardom Match cause that was really good stuff.

WWE TV 12/28-1/3
The matches do change on house shows but they do mirror a lot of the stuff that make TV afterwards. Just seeing fan cams of stuff like Owens vs Ambrose with Ambrose jumping over him to counter the power bomb or Cody Rhodes doing the moonsault off the cage against the Real Americans and then doing it on Raw weeks or months later (those are examples that come to my mind but there are others). Guy develop chemistry and you start it on the small shows and adjust for TV. I'm not asking for them to do silly spots that I've seen on fan cams but at least they can do have some single matches on the house shows before they do a 15 minute match on Raw.

WWE TV 12/28-1/3
That is a valid point about them getting to practice at the Performance Center. However, you would think that house shows would compensate for the lack of time, right? For the most part, these two get put in tag matches or multi man matches for the house shows. Whereas the top guys and even the midcard guys get a decent amount of singles matches on house shows and get feedback from the agents on the road.

WWE TV 12/28-1/3
I said this another forum but I will say it here also. So according to Cagematch, the Raw Becky vs Sasha match went 15:40 which went longer than the main event and the semi main tag match only went a minute longer. I want to know who gave them the green light to have that long of a match. I'm biased because I am a Sasha and Becky fan but I didn't think the match was boring. It had its fair share amount of awkward and clunky moments but I didn't think it was boring. It was in the ** range but they pulled out new spots and sequences for TV. That said, I'm baffled that they got 15 minutes with no build and no future implications storyline wise. They had to know the crowd would've turned on the match.

Top 20 Women's Matches of 2015
David Falcon's website might help you out. http://falconjoshi.blogspot.com I read that Kimber Lee vs Sonya Strong from the latest House of Glory was good but I don't know when HOG releases shows. Maybe some other Stardom USA matches cause I only saw you review one match from the tour.

WWE Network... It's Here
With Breaking Ground looking oily and out of focus, the footage looks like it was shot at a certain frame rate and they made the show in a different frame rate. They probably shot some of the stuff at 24 fps and they edited the show at 29fps.

Jushin "Thunder" Liger
Would love to hear that show. I'm biased towards Liger (hence my name). My personal goal is to look at his Mexico stuff before this thing is over because he liked working the style.

Roman / Brock vs. Sasha / Bayley
Yes you're right it being a year. The most logical thing coming out of Mania was thinking Reigns would chase him over the summer but that didn't happen.

Roman / Brock vs. Sasha / Bayley
I will echo what a lot people have said before: if the Rollins cash in doesn't happen, Brock vs Roman is a better match. With Sasha vs Bayley, it was completed storytelling. Beginning, middle and end. We even got the rematch out of it. Can't say that about Brock vs Roman and I'm losing faith that WWE won't make that match again even though they should immediately. In the moment it got good shock value but it feels more like a swerve just to do a swerve.

I have cancer
I'm praying for you to get through this. My grandfather had cancer twice and he's still here. You just have to fight and I have confidence that you will win.

WWE Network... It's Here
They were doing that with the Florida footage that saw during the Flair vs Dusty Rivalries Show. I was highly disappointed when I saw that they ripped the Mid Atlantic films from YouTube for the Flair vs Steamboat episode. They should just pony up with the money get those reels Cornette has cause those films holds up lot better than than regular broadcast footage. It takes longer to digitalize with those reels but it's worth it cause tapes deteriorate.

Dave Meltzer stuff
This does come off as dismissive and that Dave is too much in the wrestling bubble. I bet Honma's alleged Yakuza ties were not brought up either.

Dave Meltzer stuff
Does anyone have a transcription of what Dave said? I'm not a subscriber so I don't know how he said it. I'm not defending him at all cause he's messed up before with him justifying the n word as a wrestling term.

WWE Network... It's Here
I watched the latest episode of Breaking Ground instead of the first hour of Raw and it was great. I don't care how much it's a work, it's much better than regular WWE programming which is pretty sad.

Who Will You Be the High Vote On?

Observer HOF prediction/ballot question thread
Perfect example is Dragon Gate claiming more people at their Osaka show then New Japan Power Struggle even though New Japan looked like it had more people there. WWE does it too. Just look how they were claiming 13,500 for NXT Brooklyn and they bumped it up to over 15k on the night of. I don't know how it works in Japan, but WWE at least keeps accurate attendance records for the official books and a bullshit number for kayfabe purposes. WM this year should be real interesting, since it was noted in the WON that the capacity at AT&T Stadium with the usual stage setup would be around 75,000 and they maybe could get to 90,000 legit without the elaborate staging (although Dave doubts they'd do that) but they still will claim 100,000. It's one thing to bump up a show that size 5k or so, but a 25k kayfabe bump seems too exaggerated for them to seriously try to push. They showed the Mayor of Dallas in the Mania Pre Sale Show on Raw saying that they wanted to break the attendance record and that number for Cowboys Stadium is 108,713 from the 2010 NBA All Star game. So they might have to bump the figure by 30 to 35k instead of 25k in order to top it.

Current AAA and CMLL TV / PPV's - Where To Find?
CMLL is on Claro Sports on Fridays on the Claro Sports website live but sometimes they region block viewers outside of Mexico. They also live stream their Monday shows from Puebla on their YouTube channel and archive them for people to watch later. They did it for the Anniversary show which was bad cause it was supposed to be an iPPV and they used a unlisted YouTube live stream which got out to a lot of people. https://m.youtube.com/user/VideosOficialesCMLL With AAA, Cubsfan uploads the matches but sometimes I wait for AAA to upload them on their YouTube channel for HD Quality but that can take months sometimes.

Between the Sheets #15 (October 27-November 2, 1993) (Featuring Kurt Brown)
I found the story about Oro very interesting. I started to look him up and La Sombra's gear pre losing his mask looked similar to Oro and Los Metalicos. They don't appear to be related but was Oro and his family a big influence on Sombra?

WWE Network... It's Here
I watched it last night. Seemingly no editing (outside of the normal editing that goes into any of these shows). Snuka was mentioned over and over. I suppose they could have removed the more flowery stuff about him, if there was anything, but we have no way of knowing that. Come to think of it, Snuka was mentioned more than Anvil. You'd think Anvil was the one in trouble with the law. I watched it too and I was surprised by how much he was talked about but it felt like Nattie was dominating the conversation for the most part. Wanted to her more from Charlotte and Tamina especially with Tamina cause she had kids before she got into WWE.
