  1. Better chance at grabbing some ratings back that way honestly, although it's still rehashed stuff anyway.
  2. To me it's pretty unfair to label anyone on the basis of one incident (not saying you are doing the labelling though, it's just a broader remark). Hey, The Usos have several DUI and apparently WWE has no issue about that irresponsible stuff, so... But yeah, Swann going back in 205 Purgatory doesn't seem pretty appealing as a career move, he's becoming more of a big fish in small ponds (well, of course you gotta get paid too, and with iMPACT it's not always a given apparently)
  3. I thought the DDT episode, although interesting, was clearly one of the lesser of the whole serie. I also have no idea what to really think about Dino. I'm not afraid of dirty humour, but honestly the rapy stuff is cringy. However, don't pass on the Wrestling in Canada's reserve. Great episode, pretty uplifting stuff despite the social context it reveals.

I concur. I would love to get Tony call a match from time to time. I doubt MLW would not let him do that, especially since they are already using MLW talent.
  5. I hope you're right. But.... pro-wrestling... BTW, Meltz on WOL about Vince : "Did he loose Jerry Jarrett's number ?". I died.
  6. General manager. That's a fresh idea. I mean, she's from the 2010's at least...
  7. Oh damn, it flew over my head, because you know it COULD happen with Bisch at the helm.
  8. The former TNA guys currently employed in WWE must be rolling their eyes right now it's not even funny. You know what scares me ? That with all these guys getting jobs back in creative positions, and that includes Corny in MLW, someone, somewhere must think "Hum... that Russo guy really was successful during the Attitude Era... I wonder if....".
  9. I was making reference to the hilarious tweet he did.
  10. You've got to give the credit where is due. The guy knows how to play the game, pun intended. So, Bisch would be the second choice after the favourite son declined. Oh man...
  11. He's such a goner. Or he's gonna ask for an obscene amount of money to sign that token 5 years deal, and may even get it. Anyway, he's hilarious.
  12. I dunno, I'be been on record many times saying how much I loved the Nitro era, but the positive feedback on Bischoff baffles me. Remember when Brucie got his dream job back, we heard some positive feedback too stemming from the podcast, how he was old-school and was against scripted promos and such. Ok, what happened ? Zilch. And the product has been nothing short of a disaster, although I highly doubt any blame could have been put on his account for it. I mean, yeah, Bisch is a great storyteller and a true bullshit artist. The notion he's a great, scratch that, a good/decent idea to oversee RAW baffles me (and I have enjoyed the podcast a lot, although not recently because the Meltz bashing has become insufferable, BTW I guess this won't get any better since "Meltz is AEW" and shit).
  13. Why do I get the "Russo & Bischoff" are back together on Nitro feel from this ? I mean, that's what it is. A grand announcement of a backstage shift (which the mainstream audience who is flying off doesn't give a fuck about), bringing back guys from the past, in the hopes to get back some hype. Let's see in three months how things have moved (or not) in term of creative. And if you think Vince is not gonna be the guy on top making things happens, especially with two guys he doesn't like in Heyman in Bisch put in those positions, you're probably kidding yourselves.
  14. Heyman's creative peak : 1995/1996 Bischoff's peak (although he was not the actual booker ) : 1996/1997 We're in 2019.
  15. Not bad. Bischoff in particular, I mean, come on... He's not Russo but, as far as working on creative...
  16. Yep. Also, I can't wait until magically everyone is going "Wow, Raw is so much better now Heyman is a genius". Although of course it is something, at the very least. But like it's been said, how much of this is only in storylines ? Not too sure what to think about this. Hey, if it actually makes the product better, good for them. Also, that makes Conrad in an interesting position. He's got basically two WWE guys and one AEW guy now on his podcast business. Kinda crazy.
  17. Must be ridiculous in the building. When you think you could not make WWE stuff less organic that is was.
  18. Yep. And this show was just awesome for the atmosphere. The main event was probably the worst match of all, because Mascara 2000 is old as fuck, but still fun thanks to the super hot crowd and Ultimo Guerrero being his great self.
  19. Meltz deadpan humour can be really, really funny. Seth is totally having a social media breakdown. It's... kinda sad infact, yes.
  20. I wasn't aware of that one.
  21. A career of undercutting anyone who could upstage his ass maybe ?
