Paige and all that
Holy shit, that's crass and hilarious.

Paige and all that
Well, we agree these are idiots. Always the same.

Paige and all that
Who cares about idiots on Facebook and Twitter or Reddit, the pits of hell of humanity ? You directly implied that people on this thread acted like the worst of the worsts who blame rape victims. Come on, man. There have been nothing but (mostly) empathy and harmless giggling about Maddox framing and belt re-designs over here.

Paige and all that
Yes. And I won't even bother responding to him about that, because I know I would just blow the fuck out. If he can't figure out that : "Hey, you wore a mini-skirt and heels, you were kinda asking for it a little bit" to a woman who has been destroyed (because that's what rape is) and "Fuck, that sucks. So sorry about that, this hacker is an asshole. That said, you really should not keep your sex videos on your phone, it's not safe." have nothing in common, well... Enough of the simplistic bullshit.

Paige and all that
I expected (feared) someone would bring that up. And no. It's not like that at all. And we should never use rape as a matter of comparison to anything else. It just demeans the absolute horror of what a rape is. So, please, nope. And yeah, I think keeping private sex stuff on your phone three years after the fact is downright dumbfuckery in the current context. Of course there's no justification for stealing it and making it public. Yet shit like this happens all the time, especially when you're someone in the public eye. If I was Paige, I would kick myself for not protecting my stuff better. Of course, she's the victim here, no question about that.

ARSION (The Best Of)
Probably last LCO classic match and a legendary one in our little circle of joshi puroresu fans at the time, as we had heard of it from a friend of us who was there live, before the tape showed up (ARSION had no TV yet and you had to wait for the actual com tape). Amazing bloodletting, it also made Ayako the "star" she was supposed to be since her debut. Classic match.

Project Rewatch: TNA - The Good Shit
Great work from both and great match indeed. I do have an issue with the finish though in that the referee looked totally inept. First, he doesn't do shit to prevent the muscle buster on the chair. Hum… DQ maybe ? I know it was out of fashion in 2005, but that was as good a time to reinforce the rules. He could also have kicked in the chair, instead he looked like an idiot while Joe took his sweet time to concuss Daniels. Even worse, when we get to the (awesome) beatdown, the ref, again, doesn't do shit and just stands there horrified. AJ throwing the towel was nice and all, but what authority odes he have ? Anyone can throw a towel and the match ends ? Doesn't make sense. The referee looked like a complete idiot, like most TNA ref do anyway and it hurts the finish of the match to me. So, great match but the booking was dubious (not as bad as in the tag team match though with the worst Dusty finish ever). Also, the crowd was rotten with dueling chants despite the extremely clear heel/face dynamic and even "One more time !" after the muscle buster concussion spot. (And they also chanted "You still got it" at Sting later, so there you go, the TNA crowd seems to be the origin of the worst tendencies of these last 15 years since they also originated "This is awesome" it seems)

And what position are they in 2017 ? (can't help it, sorry)

Of course it is. That was sarcasm. Still, we live in the Kardashian/social-network/naked-duckface-selfies/sextape-hacking/Pornhub era. So this shit is gonna happen again and again and again. How to protect your privacy (if there's any left at this point) and your personnal datas is an issue that becomes more and more prevalent. I don't even know how to encrypt my e-mails or Whatsapp messages. Not that there's any content that would be of any interest to some jerk-off somewhere nor the NSA (hello NSA !), but still... And to get back to pro-wrestling, what I'm interested in is indeed the reaction of the WWE, if any.

Blame Kim Kardashian, I guess.

Why would he ? That's something I never understood. But then again, you're probably right since he's a total loose cannon at this point.

Paige and all that
This legit cracked me up. Exactly. It's like those ridiculous, trashy stories you'd hear in shoot interviews for years. "And then, while Paige was riding Xavier, Maddox was actually doing close-ups of his balls with his iPhone. And then they jizzed on the NXT women's belt.". Yeah right. We know this generation is all about playing Playstation and shit. Oh wait, this is actually documented this time. Some of it is just ridiculously funny. (although it does suck for Paige, but then again, really stupid to keep that on your phone)

Paige and all that
You think ? Coke on the belt ? Really ? I can't believe guys like Flair or Kerry would do something like that. I mean, they respected da business.
-
Paige and all that
Tazz : "Now we definitely know who that is !" Tenay "We've seen her in action before !" Josh : "We're all on the same page." Or something...

Like what ? Her being the next life changing signing on iMPACT WRESTLING ?

People's perception of wrestler's sizes.
Can't show much less charisma that Cody Rhodes anyway. To me he was one of the poster boy for WWE mid-00's cookie cutter bland guy, only with a last name. His faction with Randy Orton and Ted Dibiase (Jr) was the perfect picture of the WWE black hole of these years. No charisma, robotic work, bland as fuck look.
-
Paige and all that
That's only stupid though. The only crime here is hacking a phone and throwing private datas on the web. I admit I have no idea who Stephen Merchant is. Like, none.

Paige and all that
I didn't get the whole deal about producing a movie about Paige lately if they're on the outs with her anyway BTW. Found that puzzling. I could see some chants at Mania during the New Day's stuff... which would be... ugh. Like you said it will probably be already mostly forgotten by then though.

Paige and all that
It's the WWE Universe. Gotta have some production value. Xavier is kind of a shitty worker from what's showed though. Doesn't do shit. Well, now we'll see how the E is gonna handle that one. Because really, Paige is nothing but a victim here. So...

Paige and all that
Well, I'll never look at that NXT Women's title quite the same ever again... (yeah, like Stro just said, sleaze thread material with proof) (and yeah, this is a shame because this is her intimacy. Then again, how stupid can you be for keeping stuff like this on your phone these days. Hell, I never quite got the whole "filming yourself fucking" deal anyway.)

Wrestle Mania 32... Live As It Happens
Damn, that thread was all kind of glorious though.

Wrestle Mania 32... Live As It Happens
The most painfull to me is to remember where I was last year. The most vivid memory of that Mania is me walking in the warm streets of the city looking for a place to eat in the sun while listening to Meltz podcast the next day. That broken English post was me slowly falling into depression as I was about to leave. Can't say that Mania cheered me up. Well, I can try to stay awake just to watch it (almost) live this year, but... that card...

WWE TV 3/13 - 3/19
Pretty good is right. But pretty good for the Ultimate Dream Match doesn't really cut it, does it ? Hell, Rock vs Hogan far exceeded its expectation (although it's way overrated) while Rock vs Cena ended up underwhelming (and thus is underrated). Actually, maybe the fact they re-did it the next year is what hurts the first match, which may be better than pretty good actually. But the second being just there hurts the perspective of the whole deal I think. Like most Taker matches at Mania. It's funny because the streak had this incredible, legendary aura, but people seem to forget most of it consists of really shitty matches. And I don't mean only in the formative years, I mean during the vaunted Streak years too. And the ones who weren't shitty were overrated as all hell (yeah, I'm looking at you, self-conscious epic Shawn matches).

WWE TV 3/13 - 3/19
30 and 31 were strong shows and Bryan winning the title finally was one of WWE's best genuine feelgood moments HHH vs Bryan was a great match (one of the best Mania match ever and HHH's best without a doubt, with the one time I really liked Stephy too) and Bryan winning the title was an awesome moment, but the rest of the card was a complete nothing (a boring Cena vs Bray and the ultimate flops of flops in Taker vs Lesnar took forever) What was 31 already ? Oh, shit that atrocious HHH vs Sting match and yet another Taker flop against Bray Wyatt. Best part of the show was Rusev showing up on a tank for the Cena match. And the main event was very good indeed (that was before Lesnar had turned into a complete gimmick worker). Still, way too much long-ass nothing matches to amount to "decent" in my book. Last year was the pits. The only enjoyable match was Charlotte vs Lynch vs Banks. Oh, and apparently, the all mighty all-time record of 100.000 + is about 80.000 actually. Mania's lenght and scale, with the usual WWE drawn out production, makes it a complete chore to watch to me. Best part is usually the settings and intros when they do stupid shit like the tank or HHH's usual barbarian stuff.
