A good night for Reigns but this show was painfully boring in spots I generally like all three of them but they can't possibly have long term plans for Sheamus on top when he's paired with Rusev and Barrett. Barrett gets to do a run in during a main event angle and is instantly disposed of. Pretty sure this is just a backdrop to setup Hunter v Reigns

so if they don't want Roman to win the belt until everyone is behind him did they change their minds on having him win the title at this show if Rollins was still active? I guess they thought Rollins was a strong enough heel to get the people to unanimously cheer Reigns

They have had the same exact storyline on top since August 2013. Orton begat Rollins who begat Sheamus. Brock in between but still a heel.

Sheamus is absolutely dead as a character. It's unfair to not give him a chance but this is not promising and I just hope they have Reigns beat him next month. And we can expect some oh so hilarious promos with HHH and Stephanie attempting Irish accents. Vince will not give up up on Reigns as a babyface. At this point you can expect that he will never turn

Vince is weird. He pushed Chris Jericho and Daniel Bryan much stronger as heels than as babyfaces despite the crowd desperately wanting them as top faces. Yeah he shows a little more leeway with heels. Not top faces though

So Flair addressed the angle on his podcast. Clearly he didn't like it (cried during it) but refused to criticize it because it could hurt Ashley's career. Note that he mentioned that HHH, Stephanie and Michael Hayes had Ashley's back. He didn't mention Vince or Dunn

I started paying attention to wrestling sometime in the summer of 1986. I can remember watching Bockwinkel on ESPN in the early days when I got home from school. The two matches with Hennig in 86/87 are my most vivid memories. RIP to maybe the best wrestling promo I've ever heard

pretty telling that Hunter, Taker and Kane were the most over babyfaces on this show. Have a feeling they are doing a 4 on 2 match at Survivor Series. They have one more show to announce partners for Taker and Kane.

this has actually been a pretty good show but this tournament just highlights how poor of a job the've done creating new stars. Still I would take this over them bringing back part timers. The Hunter promo was actually quite good but I couldn't care less as that gimmick is beyond stale and just laughably over done. I also get a kick out of Sasha trying to stay heel but she can't help but crack a sly smile when the crowd cheers her

also Stephanie was on UFC programming today which has people speculating that Ronda must be working mania.
