Lost in the big news today was that Cass was apparently sent home. Might be injury or the heat on him. SD tomorrow is Bryan v Jeff Hardy and winner faces Joe in mitb qualifier next week

starting October 2019. And it will be moving to Friday Nights. wonder if this means it's going to be taped again. That would be much easier on the production crew

so what are the chances that Sami's segment with Lashley's "sisters" on Monday is this year's "Bayley: This is Your Life" ? Plus if it bombs I could see Sami taking most of the blame

I actually saw someone tweet the other day that Bryan was being pushed too strong (!) after he tapped out Cass in that segment on Tuesday. Made me chuckle after all the talk and debate of him losing to Rusev last week

Everyone rightfully points out the problems with scripted promos in WWE but their repetitive nature is another one. Especially for heels. Alexa is a big one here. There are outliers like Joe and Miz who can adapt to different angles and situations but most promos in WWE have repeated phrases and similar cadences. They all blend together after awhile also has promo ability meant less than at any time in WWE history? Seth is arguably the most over face on Raw and AJ and Nak are dominating the main event scene on SD. AJ is the best talker of the three but obviously is not considered elite. Again there is Miz and Joe but it does seem like fans are more accepting of average/poor talkers on top than ever before in WWE. A trend or anamoly? also you can add Sasha as she's still over as hell despite struggling with promos on the main roster

repetitive promos is a big problem for pretty much everyone in WWE. Especially heels. Stephanie has basically cut the same promo for five years straight just with some different verbiage added in

yeah and I don't think her push is ending any time soon. She'll probably always be in the title picture no matter what because she can cut promos. If I had to make a comparison it's probably Michelle McCool from around a decade ago. McCool was always in the title picture regardless of who the champion was. Alexa is the better talker of the two but they have similar characters that you can see Vince liking

I'm not completely discounting other reasons but I think Alexa is pushed so strong because she can talk. I think it's that simple. Bayley and Sasha have really struggled with promos since being called up. But maybe we are at a point when the ability to cut promos has never meant less. If I had to guess I'd bet she is a Vince project
