Absolutely. Like Hogan beating up managers for no reason in the 80s

WWE Backlash 2018
This is Bryan's first singles ppv match since Fastlane 2015 against Roman. That seems like eons ago.

WWE Backlash 2018
Usually when Orton does a bunch of jobs he's in for a main event run soon so be wary. He's probably turning heel as well which he's even worse at

WWE Backlash 2018
Someone just posted a format sheet of the show online. Roman/Joe is going on last

WWE Backlash 2018
This past Raw they seemed to be positioning Seth as the star of the brand. It could have just been the Montreal crowd but he is legit the hottest non-Braun act on the show now. And I would like to see Seth as a top act without HHH and Steph hovering over him constantly

WWE Backlash 2018
I would expect Cass is winning but if Bryan keeps losing or even just trading wins and isn't in main events by the end of the year I could definitely see the people turning again. For round three. So there's a grace period going on here but it has a limit

The Pro-wrestling Curve of Attractiveness
yep he definitely looks different in 2001 after taking the hiatus to shoot Scorpion King. I'm pretty sure he had hair plugs because his hair looks really weird circa 2002-ish

WWE TV 04/30 - 05/06
Yes it did. Royal Rumble 2008. That's when they finally started pushing Jeff as an on again off again main event type guy.

The Pro-wrestling Curve of Attractiveness
Oh and while I see the argument about Morton, Gibson and Tommy Rich types no way with Shawn. Saw women of all ages go crazy for him live in 1995 and maybe even louder in 2006 and 2009. During both DX reunions practically every female was wearing DX merch and going crazy for him and Hunter

The Pro-wrestling Curve of Attractiveness
For what it's worth the people I talk wrestling with who were big fans during the attitude era and are pretty casual nowadays are all crazy about Charlotte. Maybe it's because she's got a pseudo attitude era look but they all love her looks and character wise. Back in the late 80s my cousin (she was probably like 14/15 at the time) was crazy about Rick Rude. My other cousin (she was pre pubescent) had a thing for Marty Jannetty but she was a fan for less than a year. This was Marty's 93--94 run

Three weeks in and the new look SD has been nothing more than decent to be honest. It's certainly better than it was but it's probably only been a little better than average despite the huge influx of talent. Maybe it really was Road Dog's fault

Looks like they are putting Lana and Rusev back together. Lana dropping her accent?

From the sound of his promo it certainly seems they haven't given up on Roman. Even the announcers basically called him the uncrowned champion. Certainly seems we are getting another Roman/Brock match with them focusing on the blown call finish What incredible reactions for Sami and Owens. Hot opening segment

Roman Reigns as the ace post-Wrestlemania
It's weird because for the last couple years wwe made it known, publicly, that they didn't care if Reigns was being booed. Yet all of a sudden Vince is freaked out by crowd reactions again. I.E. not having him win at mania because he knew the crowd would shit on it. So yeah which is it? Do crowd reactions matter or not? Why now and not two years ago?

Roman Reigns as the ace post-Wrestlemania
He(Roman) said it in an interview. Also wants to work with AJ

"He's ambitiously stupid" - Why Scott Keith's new book is scary bad
Speaking of his dated opinions, I genuinely wonder if Scott still think Dusty Rhodes was a terrible booker. I mean he got a good amount of online fans to believe that for YEARS. Obviously Dusty had his rough patches but I think people have gone to the other side on that one

Loved the Jason Jordan dig in the talk show segment. They have to do an Angle/Jordan program when he returns

Who was a bigger star at his peak?
ie Bryan's merchandise sales in 2014. this was a daily discussion here four years ago and I don't know if we ever got the right answer. Remember Dave reporting the company was very unhappy with Bryan's merch sales and that's why he wasn't being pushed stronger. But then there were reports he was only trailing Cena. Then some reports had him at like 5 or 6 behind guys you wouldn't expect. then he got the Che Guevara merchandise replacing the goat stuff and I think he started selling again. It was really confusing

Post-Mania WWE TV (04/09 - 04/15)
Booker T announced on a radio show that he's returning to commentary on Raw Monday. Hopefully this mercifully brings an end to the Coach experiment
