Matches are way better if no one's ever seen them before though!

Ladies & Gentleman I Present You With Exile on Badstreet Episode One = The Life & Times of The Fabulous Freebirds
I was talking to Pete about this, but you almost have to release an addendum based on the footage we've gotten from the Dibiase/Doc vs Freebirds feud, including two (maybe even three) of the very best Michael Hayes singles matches ever.

Between the Sheets #89 (March 29-April 4, 1990) (Featuring Mike Michaels)
The Cory stuff can grow old, but hearing it in a different setting was funny. I laughed as hard as I had for a while at Mike's Gannosuke joke. Also, I literally just broke out laughing while crossing K street here in DC to the out of nowhere Paul Stanley impression. I don't think i have any real idea who Mike is since I'm not on twitter, but he's been a good guest so far. Also, I think Kris is going to hunt down those old PR tapes he has.

What does "casual fan" even mean in 2017 wrestling?
We can't even define casual fans in a social media world.

Space City! A NWA ON DEMAND Podcast 4/4/17
This made me want to hear a longform podcast on the Fantastics.

What does "casual fan" even mean in 2017 wrestling?
Can they name more than two cruiserweights? Can they differentiate between Fandango, Breeze and Hawkins? It's tough in 2017.

What does "casual fan" even mean in 2017 wrestling?
I still think it's more of a center/periphery thing.

This is a company that gets away with the Moolah stuff too. Let alone, you know, the independent contractor stuff. No one cares outside of us.

WWE Hall of Fame 2017
You think they'd jump at that because it lets them highlight Austin again. I'm not convinced Vince has any idea what the Dangerous Alliance is though.

WWE Hall of Fame 2017
The only way to induct Davey is as part of a broader 97 Hart Foundation. It lets Bret and Neidhart do a speech and lets them sneak Owen, Davey, and Pillman in without actually having to deal with the fact Owen, Davey, and Pillman all died in tragic ways.

He can do the jobs that AJ can't.

WWE TV 4/4/17 Post-Mania Week
Just think about all the fun you'll have watching Rollins vs Wyatt and Rollins vs Ziggler

WWE TV 4/4/17 Post-Mania Week
I feel like, past Becky and Naomi, Smackdown's women's scene shifted back into "Catty women" who were all basically heels anyway.

WWE TV 4/4/17 Post-Mania Week
I think he'll have more legs than that in that role. I guess we'll just have to see.

WWE TV 4/4/17 Post-Mania Week
Tye's going to be the Smackdown Sami Zayn, solid worker with an unbreakable connection to the crowd who they can use to put over new heels.

What are your thoughts on making Wrestlemania a 2 day event?
I do think this could probably work, but the key would be that at least a chunk of the results from night 1 would lead into night 2. I'm thinking things like HHH vs Bryan or Mankind vs Big Show or Bret vs Owen/Luger vs Yokozuna.

WWE TV 4/4/17 Post-Mania Week
It wasn't just that Nakamura debuted with the Miz. It's that he debuted in Cena's slot, basically. We'll see if they keep him there, but that's how the slotted him.

WWE TV 4/4/17 Post-Mania Week
We see Roman every week and Vince rarely.

WWE TV 4/4/17 Post-Mania Week
Ziggler is better than Rollins, but man is it ever close. They're quite similar in a lot of ways but Rollins is somehow a lot more ambitious.

WWE TV 4/4/17 Post-Mania Week
Rollins might be the worst heavily pushed guy in a decade.

WWE TV 4/4/17 Post-Mania Week
Does Lesnar have enough dates that they can really do things with him? I wouldn't mind a mini feud with the New Day, for instance. Him vs Big E would be fun.

It's not weird. You're right.

Wrestlemania
The year was 2006. People were saying this exact same thing about John Cena. He went on to become the biggest star in pro wrestling. The year was 2007. People were saying this exact same thing about John Cena. He went on to become the biggest star in pro wrestling. The year was 2008. People were...ahh you get the point I hope. Cena's booking was absolutely atrocious. So bad that I wrote about it:http://prowrestlingonly.com/index.php?/topic/36821-wwes-awful-booking-of-cena-from-2005-2006/ Cena was and is a much bigger star than Reigns. He drew better and more people were watching each week, but his longterm forced push also did cause WWE to lose 25% of it's audience during its time: https://staticseekingalpha.a.ssl.fastly.net/uploads/2015/12/2/36229206-1449098933444331-Wayne-Duggan.png Rather dubious to claim Cena's push was responsible for a downward ratings trend that had already been in place for years before he ever got a big push. It's a bit of the Sting argument. How much worse would have things been without Cena?

Well, it's been fun guys. I'll watch any Wrestlemania with you bunch. Here's to Brock/Reigns in a year.
