WON HoF Candidate Poll Thread
Just a F4W boarder my personal favourite event after possibly 200 pages of discussion of varying content: serious points to of course trolling Big Daddy dropped 44% to 23% this year.

Linda McMahon for Senate catch-all thread
Linda continues to pick up stream as comedy fodder: http://www.cnbc.com/id/49725978 Wouldn't be shocked to hear her come up on a montage on one of Late Night chat shows.

Wow: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xs_ecZge_Iw Stephanie looks well at least. Speaking Spanish makes her a dream woman.

Saturday Morning Slam continues to churn out novel matches. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xuurth_de...t?search_algo=2 Sin Cara vs El Local (Ricardo Rodríguez under a mask reprising Chimaera essentially) in a heavily influenced Lucha style match.

Shooters: The Toughest Men in Professional Wrestling
FINALLY got round to finishing this off. John did a great job in making it as cohesive as it is given all the disparate strands the history of Shooters has. Also enjoyed the final few chapters - the Brock chapter in particular being a quasi update on the Total MMA book.

Hell In A Cell 2012
- Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 3
Guys I suggest you watch this ASAP as it may get taken down quickly. The Fit Finlays Never seen this online before. Aired on Irish TV last year - a real documentary backed by real film bodies. It is pretty great. Another note you can and SHOULD watch the video in 1080p.- Dave Meltzer stuff
+1 Another sad part is today is supposedly it is Dave's birthday. He sounded particularly upset on the audio update he did.- Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 3
Low quality version of the Tyson/Bryan match. Rather oversold it was just ok: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vU8H_6pPX0M Probably better if you were the target audience seeing these spots for the first time.- "He's ambitiously stupid" - Why Scott Keith's new book is scary bad
The WWE internal logic breaking idea of Ziggler's Money at the Bank cash in on Punk's belt is also an opinion. As is Ryback getting attacked like what happened when Punk got Punt kicked by Randy Orton at Unforgiven 2008 or Sabu at December to Dismember. Then being repalced by Team Hell No (Bryan & Kane) as likely Rey is going to miss the PPV as he has lost 16lbs due to what seems to be a bacterial infection.- "He's ambitiously stupid" - Why Scott Keith's new book is scary bad
The finish of Ryback-Punk at Hell in the Cell has almost become a Shawn-Bret Survior Series type question in terms of booking yourself into a corner. Despite Linda's imminent election and the finish of Flair-Luger Great American Bash 1988 sucking hard he wants this finish:- Davey Richards: Scam Artist
The UK situation could be a work. Credit to W2BTD on the F4W board upon reviewing the video: There have been reports and comments from coworkers there he is a changed character and is wrestling for fun on the two ROH shows he came back for. He did a professional job for Jay Lethal on the iPPV too. According to Steen on his Highspots shoot interview the two made up too.- Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 3
The show takes a while to surface generally like an extra day. Will post here when it surfaces Bryan Alverez said he got tonnes of feedback and fans about how it was the best kid friendly match you could probably see.- Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 3
Fairly sure Meltzer reported a while ago that his restaurant "Water's Edge" went out of business.- Davey Richards: Scam Artist
Future Shock Wrestling is run by very nice people who generally know what they are doing. Extra, extra scummy.- WWE acquires the Watts video library
Mike Johnson says WWE hasn't bought it. The Wattss kept sending the contract back with addendums which cooled the deal off for now. Mike thinks the November 1st WWE conference call will decide the fate of the tapes for now. As WWE is set to outline concrete plans for the WWE Network. If the Network is green lighted they will probably more activately pursue sealing the deal.- Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 3
He was a pretty big deal on RAW #1000- Dave Meltzer stuff
Pat Laprade will be on with Dave & Bryan to talk about Montreal history today. I am very giddy about it. Edit: So is Dave:- Edge's acting ability!
