That right there is the reason I tune into AEW every week. There are plenty of things on a given episode that I just don't like or I think they handled poorly, etc. I don't think it's a perfect promotion. However, I am able to give them the benefit of the doubt that they will handle gimmicks/wrestlers well at some point, even if they currently are not. That's the big difference for me between them and WWE. With WWE, I may see something I like or that interests me, but deep down I know it will not be handled well.

If Vince is participating, it'll be a fluff piece.

I've totally stopped watching any WWE products. I still come into this thread here and there out of curiosity and because you guys can go on some great tangents on other topics. But, I'm probably done with WWE for the foreseeable future. The main thing is that what they put on tv/network just has no appeal to me. However, one of the other main issues is that I've been horribly disappointed by guys that I thought were the future for them. I thought Braun was so exciting when he was feuding with Roman and tipping ambulances over and shit. Then, he was booked horribly and turned out to be an asshole and schill, so fuck that. The other guy was Velveteen Dream and, well... Luckily, I've had a renewed interest in the indie scene. Paradigm Pro is doing these awesome shootstyle shows right down the road for me and I can't wait to get a chance to see them live.

The family and I just moved into a new house. When we were packing, I found my old Nintendo 64. I have WCW/NWO World Tour, WCW/NWO Revenge and No Mercy. It's been a huge hit with the kids! Unfortunately, we only have one controller. I just ordered two more so we can all play. Also, I just ordered Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 off ebay. I'm so excited for it. The roster is incredible. Can't wait!

I don't care for what I've seen of Sabian so far (the spot where he was holding a kendo stick and Shida hit him and he blatantly threw the stick in the air was fucking bush league), buuuuuut he hasn't been any sort of major focus on the show so far. He's been Penelope's second mainly, and he's a secondary player in his own wedding angle so far. Put a belt on him or throw him in a main event, and he'll bother me.
