  1. I've always had a soft spot for Cody and I think he's a tremendous tag worker; the issue is that he was so married to Stardust and it was never, ever, getting over. I'd love a Cody Rhodes southern indie run since I do believe he's got a natural talent for pro wrestling, it's just he was always stuck on the WWE presentation side of things.I hope we see him against Jimmy Rave
  2. Marc Mero/Johnny Badd seems to apply here. Went from being a good, over hand in WCW to looking completely out of sorts in WWF
  3. I remember those Shark Boy and New Jack skits becoming funnier and funnier until they dropped it.

Awesome! Eric Young became a incredibly consistent worker in these last few years so I'm all for the few decent workers that TNA had migrating to NXT
  5. I did. And I did adress why. Familiar with the AWA stuff and the Hennig feud in Portland. Basically : not seen enough for him to go higher. I'll be honest, I've heard so much hardcore pimping of Buddy Rose Portland years, that I have a hard time believing it can live up to such a hype at this point. I'll only know if/when I'll check it out. Yep. I had Austin at #61. Really enjoyed his entire WCW stint, it's actually his WWF Attitude Era years that hurt him. Basically, nothing stands out after his injury except the Foley matches (and the Taker SummerSlam match), then he has ons of bad stuff (like mostly everybody else) until he comes back and has maybe his best year ever in 2001. I just need to see his rookie USWA feud against Chris Adams. I basically squeezed Adams on my list of the strength of it. Austin is green as hell during it but you can see what he could potentially be.

Yeah, I follow a lot of these guys too and this is extremely silly, slapdash fun but it is a real love letter to pro wrestling. Gregg Miller missed his calling as a foul-mouthed heel GM and Gerstmann could easily be a sketch troupe performer with his Dr. Tracksway transformation
  7. I'm realising that a lot of my 100 is going to place in the actual 100 and I'm very annoyed at the placing. Since I last checked I've lost: Owen Hart - 61 Bill Dundee - 49 Jim Breaks - 34 Greg Valentine - 57 Dick Murdoch - 24 Though this is tempered by knowing Steve Grey is finishing top 50
  8. Wouldn't surprise me if it was Bobby Eaton
  9. Surprised Sean Waltman hasn't dropped yet. I hope he cracks Top 100.
  10. HHH 12th best of all time, god damn. He truly is a master worker if he's convinced someone he's that good.
  11. Oh god, someone put HHH at 1, didn't they?
  12. Aww, Butch and Masami down. I had Butch around 40 so was cool to see a higher voter, he fucking ruled.
  13. Man, a lot of guys I really like have dropped recently. Hardy, Henry, Necro and Smothers off the belt. I hope 100 is someone fittingly crazy.
  14. Scott Steiner as the GOAT, holy shit. I've surprised myself that I've only been the low ranking ballot on a couple guys so far (Chris Adams and Big Show, I believe) but some of the top votes are wild.
  15. Yeah, I noticed the same thing re: crowd interaction and thought it contributed to a hotter crowd than usual, especially during the Women's match where Charlotte was a great heel. Can't have many complaints about that Raw and even the Dr Phil stuff was used in a way that furthered Charlotte as the arrogant, cheating champion which is pretty unusual for WWE's current use of celebrities. I will complain about JBL though, who has managed to strip the heel commentator role of any and all subtlety, wit or charm and has slid completely into obnoxious unlistenability. When you combine it with Saxton's inability to say anything interesting, it becomes readily apparent how good a job Michael Cole does carrying the pair of them.
  16. Has Mando submitted his ballot the wrong way around?
  17. Sleeper candidate from another recent Mania is Sting and HHH's fiasco
  18. I THINK that's all my bottom 10 dropped now but I'm struggling to remember who I placed there. I kind of wish I'd placed Sydal with all this talk about his awesome ECW run but I'm sure that won't be the only regret I have.
  19. When I think of Pat Roach I always think of Bomber spending all his money gambling and in the brothels of Dusseldorf in Auf Wiedersehen Pet! "Bomber likes the ladies does Bomber." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIog8pQ4up0 I swear he was trying to imitate Burt Lancaster. Not going to lie, my deep love for Auf Wiedersehen Pet got Pat Roach on the list, never mind his work.
  20. I cracked up at Honky being 49 on someone's list. Man, I need to see that one. DEAN's list appears to be fucking incredible and needs to be posted after the fact. I believe I had Pat Roach at 97 which means I, also, accidentally clicked the prompt to make myself anonymous so that's on me.
  21. It took Kid Kash to get signed to WWE and work Smackdown a ton before he became a really consistent worker but yeah, watching these X-Division matches is rough. It didn't get consistently decent until Joe, Daniels and Styles were heading it up.
  22. This would be a pretty good podcast topic actually. Just running through old midcard WWE brand split era acts. Seems like enough time has passed for those to be vaguely nostalgic at this point.
  23. Stiva replied to Grimmas's topic in 2016
I feel like they'd have a woman singing a couple of tunes, in which case, Black Velvet is on there.
  24. Spike was the first of mine to come up. I like little guys that bump around like lunatics and he's the first of my bottom 5 personal picks. I think he might have even been my 99, I can't remember.
  25. I believe the Katie Vick episode of Raw has just been added. Tremendous
