  1. Before you mentioned this, I was about to. His "Everything is fake but THIS is real" bullshit was something he'd rake Russo over the coals for in interviews

With this talk of Samoa Joe, potentially, being offered a try-out, I've realised that I'd love a good fat guy tag team. Who could team with Samoe Joe? Mike Knox? Mike Knox and Samoa Joe as Bray Wyatt's new family members. I'd dig that.

You kidding? This is Vince's masturbation tool for the next 6 weeks.
  4. There's a gif floating around of a trios from 2013 with Bryan suplexing Rollins off the top rope and, it'll stick with me forever for some reason, there's a little kid in the crowd going absolutely crazy for it and Bryan. If I was a kid, I'd love Bryan because he does a lot of cool shit in the ring.
  5. Yeah, I tuned out of watching Raw as soon as Bryan was injured last year, really. I tend to catch highly-rated matches and I'll sometimes watch Smackdown since that tends to be less of a slog than Raw. For me, as much as I complain about the booking, there's still a group of guys that I enjoy watching but all it would take is Cesaro getting released, Lesnar leaving for good and Bryan getting another long injury/leaving himself for me to tune out of it because I imagine matches up and down the card would get a lot worse and you'd lose these special attraction Lesnar main events that are awesome.
  6. Is that the famous backstage promo where Rock just rips the nWo to shreds?
  7. Stiva replied to Smack2k's topic in WWE
the last PPV main event I remember with a load of top guys in at once with no gimmick was back in 2007 with Cena, Lashley, Orton, Booker and some other guys and it was a really fun main event. I wouldn't mind seeing that with Bryan, Reigns, Ambrose, Show and Ziggler, for instance.
  8. The thing is they have more options than Reigns. Not to make a huge list, as there are options, but Dean Ambrose is right there. Over the summer who was more over and they shit it away. Why the Wyatt Family was split up and not elevated together over time is a mystery too. They didn't even milk an angle where Harper broke free and Wyatt brought somebody in to replace him. That stable could have run and run. Say what you will about Wyatt himself, there was a time where he was one of the more interesting guys on the roster, people were really into him and those Wyatt/Shield matches were the most anticipated matches on the shows they were on. It's been a long-running trend where WWE will break up teams/stables well before they need to and with no future plan but the Wyatts one is the most ridiculous. Not having any long-term plan for Ambrose after The Shield broke up is up there with it though...
  9. The common denominator in those bad, late-13 buyrates is Randy Orton. Has he ever drew on top?
  10. So, the idea for this is "They won't push us so let's STEAL THE SHOW!"? That's maybe the worst idea for those guys yet. People aren't annoyed that these guys aren't allowed to have good matches, they have good matches all the time. WWE are confusing their crowd for a ROH crowd watching Spanky vs. Jamie Noble. Is anything going to be on the line? Even a number one contender match would work as a way for the match to actually mean something.
  11. In the fervor about subscribers, they've completed 99 for Smackdown, added a big dump of TNT and a couple more 96 Raws. If they could consistently provide updates like this more often and begin adding some more mid-80s stuff, I'd be happy with the current binge-watching potential.
  12. Awesome! Been looking forward to this.
  13. Makes sense that they'd look to blame it on another "minority" crowd reaction. For a company that won't shut the fuck up about trending on Twitter, they seem pretty dismissive of #CancelWWENetwork being the number one trend worldwide for a while.
  14. You know, I'd be intrigued to see them try and turn Rock heel and be Reigns mouthpiece against a face Lesnar...
  15. OK, so looking at the post-show, Cena is getting Rusev. The most over guy potentially being lost in the shuffle heading into Mania is madness.
  16. so, if they don't do a repeat with Bryan (which I can't see), what the hell does he do? Rusev?
  17. Man, I can't wait until they start booing Rock's promo coming up next. Laughing out loud at such blatant stubbornness from WWE.
  18. Yikes, eliminating crowd favourite Ziggler so KANE can break an elimination record. EDIT - Did Rusev roll under the bottom rope?
  19. There's no chance that they're being that adventurous with their booking and they've already run an elimination steal spot with Rowen.
  20. Well, they had the crowd back for a little while
  21. Do they think people aren't going to see through Rock "endorsing" Reigns?
  22. Well, there goes your crowd.
  23. R-Truth has been rapping that theme for 7 years or so now, you'd think his flow would have improved by now.
  24. I love how this feels like an insane bar fight where the police are just standing back and letting it sort itself out.
  25. Yeah, a lot of them felt very stilted. Ryback's promo earlier was a lot more natural and relaxed.
