Dynamite is the champion here and it is non title. Rose is just an amazing worker at this point in time. Dynamite is somebody I feel that is overated, but has a lot of cool tools like he bump hards, has some high end moves, and his stuff looks like it really hurts his opponent. His drawback to me is I find his psychology to be off.

The first fall was loads of fun with both guys destroying each others back. The double nip up spot was cool. Dynamite has Rose beat a few times in the 1st fall but picks him off the mat to inflict more pain. Finally Dynamite finishes him off with a killer knee drop from the top.

The 2nd fall begins and we have Dynamite work over Rose's back and neck. Again Dynamite is picking him off the mat again. Eventually Rose went to the floor and Dynamite hits a big dive onto him. Dynamite tries to headbutt him, but he misses and hits his head against the ringpost. Dynamite is bleeding a gusher here. Rose works the cut and does some payback spots by picking him off the mat. Rose puts Dynamite up on the top rope and bangs Dyno's head against the giant ringpost. Then Rose delivers a superplex to even the falls.

The 3rd fall only went a couple minutes because we ran out of t.v time. The bout is declared a draw.

Overall this was great, and a nomination.

I enjoyed Buddy doing the chubby man's nip-up to embarrass Dynamite, but that was about his only good moment in the first fall and a half. Just a total ass-kicking by DK, who picked Buddy up at two a few times to keep the punishment rolling. It worked well enough, because DK's offense really did look nasty, especially the knee-drop he used as his finisher in Portland. The match finally turned when DK missed a move on the floor and busted himself open on the ringpost. Once the tide turned, Buddy laid in as big a beating as he had taken, working the cut and pulling DK up at two. His superplex looked as good as DK's knee drop, and the first two falls felt like a perfect call and response. Unfortunately, the third fall barely got going before they went to the TV time limit. Really unsatisfying finish. The match should still go on the set given the names involved and the intensity of the first two falls. But it could have been more.

I really liked the duelings spots at the beginning of the match, especially Buddy's dueling nip up moment. There was some solid Buddy spots on the front end before DK took over. Man Dynamite has an incredibly sick knee drop. Sick finish also. Quick fall, but very solid.

Second fall starts out with DK in control again and we get a delayed version of the Buddy floor bump. Buddy mounted a hope spot on a suplex, but DK took control again. The Buddy hope spots are done well and DK's big spots look good, but he does not fill time well in between them. DK whiffs on a MASSIVE diving headbutt and Buddy makes a run of offense, but DK dumps him to the floor and hits a big dive. DK goes to headbutt Buddy who ducks and he ends up headbutting the post busting himself open. Then Buddy stripper poles around a punts Kid in the head. Buddy pulls up on a few pin attempts and hits a huge superplex for the second fall.

Third fall was a fun sprint with some neat spots, but it only went a couple of minutes and the non-finish was really disappointing considering the work they had put in. Still a pick for the set but this could have been even better
