Posted August 3, 201015 yr comment_5453878 I liked this a lot. This was sort of a throw back to the old Sabu v. Mikey matches in terms of style but with the story being Mikey escaping the wrath of Sabu every time. This was a really fast paced match, with several good dives and a crazy table bump from Sabu. Mikey was at his reckless best here, especially with his planchas. Finish with Van Dam hitting a Van Daminator behind the refs back leading to a Sabu moonsault was sort of flat but believable enough where it doesn't sink the match.

I thought it was going along fine until Sabu jumps into a table that clearly had no Mikey around... not even close. It was like torturing himself becasue that is what he is expected to do. Again, like the RVD match where Sabu interfered, I wasn't feeling the RVD interference. I tried to like it twice but I just didn't. No vote.
October 18, 201014 yr comment_5457378 "Homicidal, Genocidal, & Suicidal" Sabu vs. Mikey Whipwreck (8/9/98) This felt like just a decent match to me as it seemed like they were going through the motions and Mikey has really went down from 2 years earlier and then you had the predictable RVD involvement and this isn't a nomination.
