Corino is a good guy to work with the faster, flippier dudes as he will temper them by working in his schtick and "old school" control segments and this match is a really good example of that. The early stuff with Corino trying to shake Kash's hand and stalling at all cost was a nice change as these ECW matches tend to be pure workrate matches even when they are good. When Kash hits his big twisting flip splash it's been well set up and looks really good. This was around the time of Corino's Dusty Rhodes feud so he tries to win the match with a bionic elbow. Kash hits a baseball slide on Jack Victory on a rope running spot that sets up his comeback which was pretty cool and is subsequently ruined by Rhino's inevitable run-in and gore setting up another stolen Corino victory. This was good enough up to the finish where it should move forward. Super Crazy v. Mikey Whipwreck Pretty typical of Mikey matches from this era in that there were some really cool spots and some really fucking shitty ones. Best spot was Crazy landing on his feet after an Asai attempt and eating a Mikey superkick that looked pretty damn nasty. Not worth going out of your way to see. Danny Doring/Roadkill v. C.W. Anderson/Billy Wiles This was pretty fun. I liked the early double teams and misdirection spots from the faces, Roadkill took his crazy bump, it had a good pace and it ended with a spinebuster. Decent little match. Justin Credible v. Chris Chetti This wasn't good at all. Chetti is a terrible opponent for Credible because his offense is among the worst in the history of wrestling and the only thing Credible really does well is bump big. Garbage that led into... Lance Storm v. Nova This didn't suck as bad as the other match I guess but I just don't have any use for these guys. I try to be fair and open minded but Storm is nearly unwatchable at this point. Little Guido v. Tajiri This wasn't bad, but it definitely was short of what you would hope for these two. Sal fucking squashed Tajiri against the guardrail and there were some cool spots in this but it felt like the match was one step ahead of itself the entire time. Finish was nice and brutal though. Tommy Dreamer/Raven/Sandman v. Da Baldies This was just chaos with dudes getting hit with barbed wire and falling on ladders. No rhyme or reason or flow and Raven's run-in and DDT pinfall couldn't have come soon enough. Rhino v. Mike Awesome Awesome destroys Dreamer and Raven after their match, Rhino responds to his challenge and they proceed to have the typical Mike Awesome match with Rhino acting as a poor man's Tanaka. Pretty unconvincing match actually. I don't mind Rhino from this era but he's not a guy that Awesome is going to be able to do anything of note with.
