Posted August 21, 201015 yr comment_5454764 I actually thought this was amazingly good for a match involving these two teams. Yes there were prop shots and crowd brawling but it was done unusually well. There was no New Jack dive in this, but the match was actually better for it. Really loved the wild brawling with D-Von and Jack double juicing. At one point Jack has D-Von on the floor and is just slapping him in the face talking shit to him and that moment really sums up their segment well. Really loved the finish to this as New Jack climbs to the top with a chair and nails Sign Guy with it and turns to jump at Bubba but gets hit with the cutter for the finish. Gangstas were a big enough team in ECW history where it seems like something of theirs ought to make up the set and so far this is the best candidate.

I am interested to see how many of these tag team anything goes matches make it on the final set. Obviously this is a style ECW is remembered for but I think this would only make it if there isn’t another Gangstas match and we want them represented. I’ll back the low level.
November 15, 201014 yr comment_5458331 ECW World Tag Titles: Buh Buh Ray & D-Von Dudley © vs. The Gangstas (Mustafa Saed & New Jack) (3/29/97) I agree with Dylan here as this was one of the best Gangstas matches we got as the plunder work was done really well with the fans going complete apeshit after the Dudz & Gertner worked them into a frenzy. Good intensity and solid brawling that wasn't too over the top with a good finish as well so I'll co-sign Dylan's nomination.
