They run through almost all of the big spots you would expect to see out of these guys and they are all executed well and with remarkable fluid given how sloppy many ECW matches of this ilk tended to be. Pacing is well done as this doesn't feel like a total spotfest. I thought Scorp's comeback spot here was pretty cool as he hit a leap frog and then a leaping back heel to Benoit's nuts, followed up with three more crotch spots for continuities sake. Working the nuts in a "scientific" match is about as ECW is it gets and this had a pretty good clean flash pin finish. I'm going to pass this a long as this is one of the better 95 fancam matches I've seen.
November 1, 201014 yr comment_5457827 2 Cold Scorpio vs. "The Crippler" Chris Benoit (1/14/95) This was a very good match with both men looking solid working the style of match that wasn't quite popular with the ECW diehards at this time. Good finish helped as well and this moves forward.
November 26, 201014 yr comment_5458687 Too Cold Scorpio v. Chris Benoit Low End Nomination - FanCam 1-14-95 - Man, Fuck Benoit. As a match, this was pretty good but almost anything Benoit is associated with is stained in my mind. I don’t see this as mind-blowing enough to make the set so I’ll pass… especially since Scorpio has had so many more matches that smoke this and Benoit can rot in hell.
