Posted September 3, 201015 yr comment_5455304 The flow during the early portion of this was not as good as the flow on the 2-14 match but this was still really awesome. Lots of stuff to love about this. For starters anytime Hamada and Togo paired off you knew it was going to be something awesome as they were both super intense and seemed to be hitting everything with extra snap and explosiveness. I also really loved Naniwa in this as I thought he was a good FIP and I loved his crabwalk and big dives in this. Speaking of dives the dive train in this was fucking incredible and insane and was staggered in such a way that everything got to shine. Sasuke's moonsault landed him in the crowd and then he later hit the space flying tiger drop. Hamada hit a fucking insane twisting DDT on the floor on Togo. Naniwa got pissed at Teoh trying to fuck up his big finish and hit a flip senton. Just tons of cool shit that served to build the finish in the ring as well since their were teases going on in ring during all of that. Another awesome match between these guys which should surprise no one.
October 21, 201014 yr comment_5457479 Mens Teoh/Taka Michinoku/Dick Togo v. Great Sasuke/Gran Naniwa/Gran Hamada Easy Nomination - FanCam 2-15-97 - This was like a greatest hits from M-Pro. You have the Kaientai triple teams, the high flying, the trademark moves, Some great, innovative stuff as always.Some memorable moments with Dick Togo flying or kicking Sasuke in the head with his head bouncing off the ropes and doing a Valentine flop. The Kaientai miscommunication spots are great. Christ, the Togo foot stomp looks nasty. The biggest impression is how there are zero botched spots. I could have also used more Hamada but he got his swinging DDT in. A hot stretch run of non-stop big moves and bpin break-ups and you can trace the style back to what these guys were doing. Whatever, this will be on the set.
November 15, 201014 yr comment_5458328 Dick Togo, MEN's Teioh, & TAKA Michinoku vs. Gran Hamada, Gran Naniwa, & The Great Sasuke (2/15/97) bWo comes out before the match and induct Kaientai DX into the group which was fucking great. This match was just as good if not better than the one the night before and another definite nomination. These guys were fantastic.
