Nice back and forth action where Lynn absorbs Tajiri's kicks and hits some big counters to keep Tajiri grounded. I thought the finish wa a little too brief but the rest of the match was solid gold. Solid nomination.

October 20, 201014 yr comment_5457435 Jerry Lynn vs. Yoshihiro Tajiri (4/3/99) Yeah this was a solid opener with both men working hard and good action with Lynn trying to keep Tajiri on the mat but eating some hard kicks for his trouble. I agree with Will on the finish being brief but other than that this was good enough to move forward for now but I can see it falling off.
