Posted September 6, 201015 yr comment_5455381 So I thought the bulk of this was pretty great. The early stand off exchanges were sort of silly since they were working through the reversals so fast that they didn't mean anything. But after that point the meat of this was really incredible. Loved Kash out-highspotting Scorp with a couple of massive dives to the floor, one deep into the crowd. Scorp getting annoyed with all of his stuff was awesome too as he just unloads on Kash with brutal shit including a gutbuster, a sick powerbomb, a nasty jump kick and probably some other stuff I'm forgetting. He also hit a great and really impactful float over dive to the floor. Kash's comeback rana and subequent Scorp punt was really cool. They flubbed a few things after that but I didn't mind it as much because Scorp did a pretty good job covering for the errors. Kash's comeback was a little flat, but Scorp killing him with a moonsault and 450 for the finish made up for it. This was on it's way to being great when some stuff at the end took it down a peg or two. Still nomination worthy.
November 10, 201014 yr comment_5458214 2 Cold Scorpio vs. Davey Morton (Kid Kash) (11/2/96) This had nice fast paced start as Kash was trying to outdo Scorp in every way and there were some really great dives here with Scorp getting pissed at all of this and just beating the fuck out of Kash with a lariat and high impact moves. Kash tried to comeback but Scorp would cut him off and after some botched moves by both, Kash was destroyed by Scorp for a satisfying finish. This would've been better if there wasn't the major fuckups but this was a solid match and moves forward.
November 26, 201014 yr comment_5458692 Too Cold Scorpio v. Davey Morton (Kid Kash) Low End Nomination - FanCam 11-2-96 - Damn, Scorp is kicking the shit out of Morton. Morton’s selling is really good here but I have this lower than Crazy-Daniels where going into this, I pretty much knew who was going to win and there were no upsets. The biggest shock was how vicious Scorp was. You felt like this was an initiation into the ECW locker room. Damn, Morton got some air on his counter rana. Add the sloppiness and we can leave this off.
