Posted September 7, 201015 yr comment_5455399 Awesome start to this as Tajiri misses a spinkick and then eats a nasty right from Guido sending him to the floor and setting up an epic Sal E. rail splash spot. Tajiri retaliates with a rewind elbow, a brutal slap and a suplex into the stands. Jesus these guys are working stiff. This is definitely spottier than there other matches but man there is some sick shit in this. Guido's whiplash bump off the double kick the ribs and subsequent bump off the next kick are great. Tajiri bodyslams Guido on the floor and then hits him with a sickening running chairshot...twice. Guido bleeds a horrible gusher and is on the ropes so Sal E. pulls Tajiri to the floor to work him over a bit which actually works well here as Guido is so fucked up it really doesn't seem reasonable to expect him to make a comeback on his own. Then he waffles Tajiri with a diving chairshot and a spike DDT and goes back to the Sicilian Crab for the second time in the match for the finish. Sort of an odd finish but I really liked this one and again it was really different from their other matches.
November 5, 201014 yr comment_5458013 Little Guido v. Tajiri Solid Nomination - FanCam 6-17-99 - These two have been the standout guys on the set so far for me and I enjoyed this match but it was criminally short. Guido hooking Tajiri into the tree of woe and giving him a dropkick seems like a “what’s good for the goose” moment. I sort of wished they would have kept this outside as every single match I have seen today has had an outside brawling segment. However, it did result in Guido being busted open and Tajiri attacks the cut with zest. When it looks like Tajiri has it put away, Sal saves Guido and yanks Tajiri outside. Inside, Guido hooks on the Sicilian crab and wins the match. I have to think about this match going on. I liked the match but I thought the Sal interference was annoying unlike the three way where Sal drove Tajiri through a table. Also, the blood was only a focus for a brief second. Low level nomination.
November 26, 201014 yr comment_5458735 Little Guido vs. Yoshihiro Tajiri (6/17/99) This was another good match in their series but it is probably the lesser of all the matches as it was probably the shortest of the bunch. We got some juice from Guido which was good and this had the usual solid work from these two so I think it's a nomination but not as good as the other matches.
