Sabu goes for his backflip over the top of leaning down opponent so Spike knocks his head off with a forearm and then hits him with an insane apron dive. Holy fuck these guys are hitting each other hard as hell with their strikes. They are building to a table spot that Spike avoid and then Sabu goes to toss him out of an acid drop through it and it doesn't break but god damn it sounds sick. Sabu ends up Air Sabuing him through the table for a nearfall and then a triple jump moonsault for another nearfall. Spike breaks up another triple jump attempt. Fonzy comes out and distracts Sabu for a second and Spike tosses a chair hard as fuck at his head for a nearfall and then dives on him with it for another nearfall. Did I mention that these guys are beating the ever loving shit out of each other? Spike takes a Sabu leg lariat in such a fashion that it actually looks like a spot that would hurt which isn't easy. God damn they run like seven or eight nearfalls that are broken up by the ropes which is sort of annoying but it means they are going to beat each other up more. Sabu brings another table into the ring and now Spike is trying to win with rollups and quarter nelsons. After some dosey doe stuff that sort of stunk Sabu legdrops him through the table for the pin. I will probably be alone in enjoying this so much but fuck it I've sat through a bunch of shit and I"m nominating this anyhow.
November 5, 201015 yr comment_5458022 Spike Dudley v. Sabu Solid Nomination - FanCam 1-21-00 - Really shocked at how much Sabu gave to Spike. Nice back and forth to start off and that Dudley Dog counter onto the table that did not break looked Nasty. I felt bad for Spike getting a legdrop on his head as the table did break. It may be just me but all of Sabu’s leaps look really nasty on Spike’s head. For once, I can dig a Fonzie interference as he misses Sabu with the chair and Spike grabs it and tosses it at Sabu’s head. OUCH. Spike is really nasty in this match. Decent stretch run and I agree about the dumb rope breaks but this match deserves to be on the set. Good solid nomination with a neat ending.
November 29, 201015 yr comment_5458851 "Homicidal, Suicidal, & Genocidal" Sabu vs. Spike Dudley (1/21/00) This should be an interesting match. Spike looked good here as Sabu gave him a good bit of offense but this didn't do a whole lot for me as I have just watched a stretch of really good to great matches with these two involved and this was just to me a good match. I can see this as a low-level nom at best.
