Posted September 20, 201015 yr comment_5456044 I really liked Blayze in this one as he is clowning Kyle early with taunts, working the crowd into a frenzy and his rope running spots looked really good. Especially liked his cross body and thought Kyle took it really well. Kyle does a cool spot playing off Curtis and then ends up working over the leg. Legwork is not bad, and Blayze does some cool escapes before being cut back down. Kyle paintbrushes Blayze win he gets to his feet and then eats a one legged dropkick before coming back and cutting Bobby down again. Both Kyle and Blayze take some really good looking bumps in this and I really liked a lot of little touches like a punch exchange being one by Kyle when he punched Blayze's leg, Kyle's paint brushing of Blayze leading to a one legged dropkick, et. Finishing run with the roll ups of Blayze v. big moves of Kyle was fine though the time limit draw finish was sort of fucked up by mistiming on the last spot. Still this was a good match with some quality selling from Blayze.
February 2, 201114 yr comment_5463807 I liked this, but not enough for a nomination. If this went around 13 minutes we would have got a nomination. Still this was a good opener for a card. Loved Blayze's schtick early with him wearing Kyle's hat. I also eat up the gimmick of heel telling the crowd if they don't quiet down they'll leave. I thought Blayze sold his leg about as good as you could. Kyle was good in working simple spots on the Bobby's leg. I loved how Kyle crotched himself. Blayze doing the one legged dropkick was cool. I dug how Blayze would do a hope spot for Kyle to go back to the leg. I also liked Bobby's Japanese arm drag. Their was a miscommunication spot early but the crowd forgave them. The timing on the finish was botched. Still the work was good, but doesn't feel like a nomination.
June 25, 201114 yr comment_5475074 Bobby Blaze vs. Killer Kyle (2/5/94) This is worked early like the classic little guy vs. big guy match with the little guy using his quickness to frustrate the big man while the big man tries to ground the little man or keep him stationary. Kyle works on Blaze's left leg and does a solid job with Blaze being good at selling the pain making his hope spots mean something. I liked Blaze using a nut shot to start his comeback and still selling like a mofo while dishing out the offense. Kyle would go back on offense though pounding on Blaze with Blaze using cradles trying to put him away before they go to a draw. I liked this more than shoe but not as much as Dylan and feel like this is a good low-end pick for now.
