Posted September 30, 201015 yr comment_5456444 Update on Mike Awesome injury FBI v. Chris Chetti/Tommy Rogers This was AWESOME as a segment. Match is heavily clipped but my god the finish. FBI are all in the ring working over the babyfaces and fucking fly me to the moon hits and J.T. Smith runs out and helps the babyfaces clean house and get the win. J.T. gets a huge pop. Post-match Smith sings fly me to the moon in the crowd with the fans and they show a vignette package of J.T.'s past. EXTRA Shitload of clips from previous weeks show Fonzy promo with Taz/RVD/Sabu. Taz disses sabu on a handshake. Tommy Dreamer/John Kronus/New Jack v. Jack Victory/Rod Price/Justin Credible Wild brawl. Dreamer comes out for it covered in blood from previous nights angle. New Jack took the fall. Billy Wiles cuts an in ring shoot promo and is interrupted by one night only returning 911 who of course chokeslams him to hell. Jeff Jones comes out and essentially announces himself as 911's manager. Jones lays down an open challenge which brings out Spike. Spike "wins" there match. Lance Storm promo. Lance Storm's ring introductions for this mixed tag v. Sunny and Candido. This is seriously funny. Triple Threat v. RVD/Sabu/Masato Tanaka Holy shit Sabu's crowd plancha on Douglas is basically a fucking diving knee to Shane's nose. Dudz end up running in and destroying Tanaka with a 3D. Match ends up breaking down with everyone running down to the ring and getting destroyed but Dudz/Triple Threat combo. Taz comes out and clears the Triple Threat out of the ring. Sabu, Taz and RVD join forces at the end Lance Storm v. Chris Chetti Storm wins. Storm video package. Balls Mahoney v. Justin Credible This is actually a kind of "basic" match. Yeah Balls hits him with shit and they brawl, but they work a headlock for a long time and they do some really elemnetary stuff in general. Credible seemed really exaggerated in this. Balls bumped well and hit some cool stuff. Eventually this turns into Credible beating Balls senseless after Balls took out most of his crew. Then Dreamer runs in and canes Credible. Then Jack Victory and Rod Price comeout. Highlights from recent ECW Arena show Masato Tanaka v. Bubba Dudley Trying to remember if I've seen this before or not. This is okay. I probably had too high expectations coming in. I did love Bubba using full nelson as legit danger! move in 1998.
