Posted October 4, 201014 yr comment_5456659 The FanCam of this misses a lot, so even with the commercial I'm glad we have this. Pretty much exactly what you would want from these two teams. Crowd is molten hot. Spike gets tossed around like a pinball and bleeds nastily after a grater shot. Bubba juices as well. Crowd brawling was fairly spirited. Spike hits an awesome balcony dive that visually is one of the more impressive ones I've ever seen in wrestling. Nearfall segment is really great as both teams kick out of shit that you are certain will be the finish, including two Acid Drops, and Balls breaking up a 3D pin attempt on Spike with a pair of chairshots. Of course the finish is Balls taking his plunge through tack filled, table of fire. That spot really took too long to set up, but I still think this is good enough to nominate.
December 4, 201014 yr comment_5459244 Chicago Street Fight for the ECW World Tag Titles: The Dudley Boyz (Buh Buh Ray & D-Von) © vs. Balls Mahoney & Spike Dudley (6/17/99) The Chicago crowd is fuckin nuts for this which makes this all the better. This is an insane blood brawl that goes all over the building and has lots of blood and you get a Spike balcony dive which ruled. There is a really fun nearfall run that would lead to the flaming table finish we would see a lot of in this feud and this to me is a solid nomination.
December 6, 201014 yr comment_5459841 Balls and Spike vs. D- Von & Bubba Dudley (ECW 7/2/99) - Man, the blood really does it for me. Bubba is one sick fuck using the blood as war paint. I know we have this matchup on already but I wouldn’t be opposed to throwing on a couple of their matches if they are different enough. The commercial break hurts it as an easy nomination but this was too fun to pass up.
