Posted October 5, 201014 yr comment_5456821 Finish of Awesome Paul E. narrates the news of RVD suffering a broken leg. v. Spike. Van Dam and Sabu end up brawling at ringside and Awesome ends up hitting a huge tope onto Sabu. Then RVD hits the ring and hits a huge flip plancha. Paul E. narrates announcment of RVD breaking his leg over stills. EXTRA Brawl with Da Baldies/New Jack/Balls is broken up by another RVD leg update. More New Jack/Balls v. Da Baldies God this goes on forever or so it seems. New Jack hits someone with a chain like weapon. Grimes actually hits Balls with his flip onto table spot which is semi-shocking. Angel hits New Jack with beer and Jack rubs his head and licks his fingers. Grimes misses his flip plancha onto a chair and then everyone just sort of looks around before going to the next spot. Baldies win then Balls ambushes them post match. Nova/Kid Kash v. Roadkill/Danny Doring v. The Dupps Match is chugging along and we get another Heyman narrated update on RVD's leg. Back from the vignette and Elektra is in the ring arguing with Nova. Chetti comes out and abducts Elektra. Hey did you guys hear that RVD broke his leg? Masato Tanaka v. Rob Van Dam RVD probably takes a half dozen insane bumps in this, at least a couple of which are crazy dangerous head bumps. Match itself did not hit a home run for me, but RVD bump freak is always preferable to the alternatives. Heyman narrates RVD highlight reel of RVD and talks about broken leg. Da Baldies v. Masato Tanaka/Balls Mahoney Balls is alone at first but Tanaka makes the save after they carve up Balls head with a pizza cutter. Grimes goes to the top and New jack comes out of the crowd and knocks him down leading to the finish. We have this on FanCam. Tajiri v. Super Crazy Good news - this is the tv version of the 2/4 FanCam that I think might be the best match in company history. Bad news - it is edited. Not much is lost I don't think, but I really would hate to see this chopped up at all for the set. More "RVD's Leg is broke!" stuff. Gertner comes out to introduce the main event and gets into a verbal altercation with Steve Corino. Dusty Rhodes/Tommy Dreamer v. Steve Corino/Tommy Dreamer I nominated this as a FanCam. I had hoped this might have better camera angles, but i arguably has WORSE shots of the action. Paul E ranting about Dreamer and Van Dam public appearance.
