Posted October 8, 201014 yr comment_5457004 The early going with Crazy working over Guido was well done but almost so "typical" of what you would expect that I couldn't really appreciate it. Then Crazy face plants on a springboard moonsault attempt and the match gets a lot better really quick. Sal E. adds to this a good bit as Guido's distraction spots work well and Sal kills Crazy with a powerbomb at one that looks absolutely nightmarish. I really dug Guido's full nelson back roll and his second rope frogsplash as nearfalls that I'd never seen him work before (and at this point I've probably seen more Guido matches than anyone in history). Guido takes an insane bump off of a spinning DDT and Crazy goes for escalating moonsaults but Guido gets the knees up and it smacks Crazy right in the mouth. Sal tries for another powerbomb but Crazy rana's out and hits a sick delayed vertical brainbuster for the finish. This is sort of a tough one because I can't see it holding up at the end of the day and yet it's a better "Guido + Sal" heel act match than most any they have had. I'll nominate it on the strength of that.
November 26, 201014 yr comment_5458697 Super Crazy vs. Little Guido (TNN 9/24/99) - Awesome starting sequence beginning with Guido’s armbar work and ending with Guido cowering in the corner. After Crazy’s big dive, These guys do more cool shit inside including Crazy’s rolling surfboard. This was one time I did not mind Sal’s interference as it led to more cool Guido offense. It also led to some fun Guido meltdown when he couldn’t put Crazy away. Add Crazy giving Sal a friggin rana and this shit ruled. Dylan, watch this one again… this is an EASY STRONG GUARANTEED nomination.
December 6, 201014 yr comment_5459786 Super Crazy vs. Little Guido (9/11/99) This was another solid match in their series and this one had more Sal interference which was fine here since it added to Guido's game then he took the huracarana at the end which was great and this moves forward easily.
