Gertner starts to talk back but Cyrus says he's going to kick his fat ass. Then Cyrus talks about a fat kid in school and Gertner says he used to suck the kids dick. Cyrus demands an apology if Gertner wishes to keep his job. Gertner threatens to kick Cyrus' ass. Rhino runs in and gores him. Cyrus jumps on top and starts throwing blows and Styles pulls Cyrus off of him. Corino and Victory run in and hold Styles for Cyrus to hit but Dreamer hits the ring and decks everyone including Cyrus. Credible runs out and canes Dreamer. RVD's hits the ring and clears it, then dives on The Network. EXTRA Credible and Rhino argue during a backstage promo segment Gertner taken out in an ambulance Kid Kash v. EZ Money This was a fun sprint. Kash's dive and huracanrana were both really awesome looking in this. Money had some decent looking shit and some shit that looked really terrible though he did take Kash's finisher better than most people. Post match Hamrick/EZ jump Kash and New Jack hits the ring. Promo with Balls/Sinister Minister/Mikey railing against censorship with a bunch of goth kids. Justin Credible v. Jerry Lynn This is kind of shocking as they work the typical big bumping Credible stuff early but he ends up bleeding a gusher from what looks to have been something hardway. Credible ends up taking over with chairshots right at the time I was hoping Lynn would work over his cut. They run through some nice spots and the table spot with the big rana on the floor looked pretty great. I was thinking this was an arguable nomination when jazz/Francine run in cuts the balls off of it. Network runs down and the finish is all edited and fucked up. RVD/Fonzy promo Clips of New Jack balcony dive New Jack promo Cyrus confronts Styles mid-ring. Cyrus announces that TNN demands they have a color commentator on all shows and since Gertner is out he says the show will be cancelled unless a color man is produced in ten seconds. Gertner hits the ring and Cyrus leaves. Francine show sup in the aisleway and Cyrus calls her tits ratings getters. Francine comes in and berates the announcers and then Gertner says he won't hit a woman but Dreamer will. Dreamer gets berated by Francine and then Jazz runs in and beats her ass. Chilly Willy v. Tony Mamaluke Squash for Willy. FBI run-in and attack Willy, but Balls makes the save. The FBi take control and Mikey ends up making the save with a flaming barbed wire baseball bat. Backstage vignette with Simon and his cohorts. Simon walks in on Lou E and company and refers to Elektra's tits as freaks. C.W. asks if Diamond is straight and he gets offended..hmm. Cyrus and Scotty Anton backstage promo Cyrus in ring promo. Cyrus demands the ref in the Tajiri/Corino match call it right down the middle. Cyrus cheapshots the ref and then Victory tosses him to the floor. Cyrus introduces a special guest ref, Jerry Lynn. Tajiri v. Steve Corino The early going of this was a cool change as they work an almost young lionsesque opening exchange sequence, with arm wringers and kip ups leading to a cool powerslam off of a criss cross exchange from Corino. Tajiri does a rope hanging spot using his belt after hitting the rewind elbow and then almost takes off Corino's head with a spinkick coming off the rope. Corino goes to get a chair and bring it into the ring and Tajiri flip kicks it into Corino's face busting him open. Tajiri runs Corino face first into a chair on the floor and then brings the chair in the ring and hilariously tries to bump out the dent with his fist while Corino sells his ass off on the floor. God damn Corino takes a vicious looking tree of woe baseball slide with the chair here. Jesus fuck the headkicks in this are unbelievable. They do a series of reversals in the corner and Tajiri ends up taking a table bump off of a suplex for a nearfall. Tajiri goes for another rewind elbow and Corino hits him in the back with a chair. Tajiri crawls under the ring. Bionic elbow for a two count. Fisherman suplex for another nearfall. Tajiri comes back by grabbing Corino's nuts and then comes back with a super quick strike exchange. Corino ducks the mists and hits Lynn instead. Finish falls really flat but the body of this was really fucking good.
