Posted November 1, 201014 yr comment_5457812 Brian Lee v. Dirty White Boy (Chain Match) This is clipped up and we already have it. Not a nomination though not a bad match by any means. Kevin Sullivan v. Big Bossman (Four Corners Match) This was interesting. Bossman looked really enthusiastic to be there and was working really hard. His punches in this one were really great even by his usually high standards. Sullivan is someone who I think often has weak looking shit for a guy with a "wild man" gimmick, but his strikes looked really good here and it makes you wonder if Traylor was telling him to lay them in or what. Either way his selling of them was really great too. At one point Bossman takes off his belt and whips Sullivan. They end up brawling way up into the crowd and they work a lengthy teaser segment with each guy trying to chuck the other off the balcony. Bossman is really good selling on the ropes in that position, take a tumble down the stairs, and throws some good counters to make it all pretty entertaining. There is no payoff, but I don't expect either of these guys to take a balcony bump. Bossman accidentally punches a wall and really sells his hand well. Sullivan is just pelting Bossman with weapons and his selling of all of this really is making this match. Bossman fights back and gets his belt from Sullivan and hits an uppercut with the belt wrapped around his fist. Finish is lame as the last box contains the Golden Spike, Bruise Brothers come out to help Sullivan, but Bossman hits him with his knightstick and wins before anything with the spike can even happen. I think people would be interested to see this though, so I will tag it as an EXTRA Gangstas music video. This is so fucking tremendous! Must have as an EXTRA!!! The Gangstas v. The Rock N Roll Express Trying to remember if I've seen this one or not and I don't think I have. Interesting reversal here early as New Jack went to counter a sunset flip and Morton hit him with a weird blindside bulldog. Cornette helping the R N R's throughout is entertaining. Morton works a good FIP here though the segment seems somewhat abrupt. Post-match Gangstas beat on Corny. This was good, but not great. The Bullet v. Jim Cornette (Texas Death Match) We have this as a nomination already. Tammy Fytch music video. EXTRA The Rock N Roll Express/Randy Savage v. Brian Lee/Chris Candido/Bruiser Bedlam Already have it and have seen it. This does not have Meltzer and Corny on commentary for what that is worth. Bruiser Bedlam v. Randy Savage Pretty sure we have this on handheld. This is clipped. Nothing to see here. The Funk Brothers v. The Armstrongs This is the match I just watched from Blood, Brawls, Grudges disc, though it is in full and includes a pre-match rant from Terry Funk. If this makes the cut this is the one we should use.
