Larry fights back and this is an awesome brawl with both guys working really stiff, the roll of dimes finish is a great revenge spot, could have used some blood, but this is a slam dunk pick AWA ESPN Wrestling Classics
November 12, 201014 yr comment_5458253 Bock ambushes Larry knocking the ref to the floor. Scott Leduc replaces him. Bock is just beating the piss out of Larry, stiffing him with forearms, choking him with the ring apron and ropes, et. and Larry is bumping around big for all of this. Larry ranting at Verne at ringside and Bock exposes an turnbuckle during this and bashes Larry into it when he comes back into the ring. Bock slaps on the figure-four but Larry gets to the bottom rope. Larry comeback almost seems to abrupt as he had taken a huge beating, but he does look good on offense and the crowd is really into this. Cool segment of nearfalls with both guys getting to the bottom rope to avoid defeat. Really like Larry piledriving Bock and then seeing his leg on the bottom rope and just crashing down on it. Bock gets on a sleeper but Larry falls on the ropes. Then an ab stretch but Larry pulls down Leduc. Bock goes to his trunks and hits Larry with a roll of dimes for the pin. Super heated match, with a cool finish. Post-match Bock tells Leduc he hit him with a roll of dimes. Leduc says he didn't see it and upholds his original decision.

May 7, 201114 yr comment_5470875 Well this is an easy nomination. Bockwinkel rushes the ring and just kicks Larry's ass all over the ring, inside and out, throwing great punches and looking awesome. Larry fights back with great punches of his own, and this whole thing is just a really great fast-paced brawl. Bockwinkel wins with a roll of dimes and LeDoux plays aloof and says since he didn't see Bockwinkel use the dimes, he can't DQ him. Great match, great brawl, easy nomination. April 16, 201213 yr comment_5500261 Nick Bockwinkel vs. Larry Zbyszko (7/11/87) Bock jumps Larry as soon as he gets in the ring then throws the referee out and the war is on as he is still pissed at Larry for costing him the AWA title 2 months earlier. Scott LeDoux would come out to replace the original referee and he gives Bock some leeway to just beat the piss out of Larry on the floor even using the ring apron to choke him. Larry is great here selling and bumping for Bock making him look like a maniac. This is just a total asskicking here until Larry finally gets a chance to rake Nick in the eyes following up with a savate kick to kickstart his offensive barrage. Larry has Bock reeling for a while but Bock is so pissed at Larry that he finds a way to fight back. Larry would catch him though with a big piledriver but Bock got his foot on the bottom rope to stay alive. Bock again would fight back and after LeDoux was bumped, he caught Larry with a roll of coins just like Larry used on him at Super Clash II and KOed him to win. This was a total slugfest and a slam dunk nomination.
