Michael Shane Mack was a really good base for Shane who was able to rattle off a few good looking highspots and also fed himself pretty well to Mack for some nice power counters. Decent, quick paced opener. Bilvis Wesley/Tom Marquez v. Danny Doring/Roadkill Marquez was pretty funny in this trying to sucker punch Doring and fleeing in terror, trying to slam Roadkill and wincing in pain, et. Doring's offense looked better than normal and Roadkill's offense looked really good. Amazingly Doring works a compelling FIP, in part because they do some decent hope spots and also because the heels offense was decent and above the base level of "punch, kick, headlock." Roadkill gets the hot tag and the faces steamroll the heels but this was fun enough while it lasted. Just realized we have this on tv, but this looked a lot better on FanCam. Tajiri v. EZ Money We have this on tv and it's no better or worse here. Prodigette v. Jazz C.W. comes out and decks Jazz and this turns into a massive brawl with every tag team in the company fighting which someone leads too.... Chilly Willy/Sandman v. FBI Sandman's selling of the Fujiwara armbar was really great. He ends up making the save with a Samoan Drop and Willy comes in but after a brief flurry on Mamaluke he gets caught with a slingshot leg drop during a pinfall attempt. Cool spot as Mamaluke goes for the Fujiwara takedown but Willy is able to stay on his feet only for Guido to come off the top with a flying takedown into a double Fujiwara. Guido hits a nasty looking knee drop on Willy, with Guido hitting a dropkick shortly thereafter. Heels are doing everything to goad Sandman in to lead to distraction double team spots, including Guido spitting on Sandman. Really sweet spot with Mamaluke rolling under a leapfrog from Willy and hitting a jump swinging DDT for a nearfall. Willy fires up and takes out both of the FBI, stumbles to a hot tag and tags in Sandman (who is still selling the arm) who guys haywire with the cane and the faces win with a duel pin. This was a good tag but it was a bit under developed and I thought the abruptness of Willy's comeback and the finish hurt it too much to pass it through. Mikey Whipwreck v. Rhino This was another one of those "burst of energy" style Rhino matches with an opponent who knows how to make him look good. Rhino is a guy that can bump for a dropkick and a rana and then makes his comeback with one definitive "fuck you" and that is exactly what he does here. Credible costing Mikey the match by pulling out the ref on the whippersnapper and Mikey caning the piss out of Rhino was a cool way to set up the running gore finish. Kid Kash v. Justin Credible We have this on tv. Balls Mahoney v. Rob Van Dam We have this on tv as well.
