The skits take a turn for the ugly, this time with Billionaire Ted claiming that he won't spend his own money to put the WWF out of business, and he really doesn't care what his stockholders think. Pathetic and whiny.

Back then on German TV they only showed the first four of these skits, which seem pretty harmless compared to the press conference stuff here. Around that time WWF lost their TV station and had to switch to the same station WCW was one. Amazingly WWF and WCW existed for two years on the same station till WWF quit in early 98. The really heavy shots like the whole Billionaire Ted skits were cut though.

When I watched these a couple years ago for the first time, I thought they were just some good natured jabbing. However, watching them now, they are very mean spirited. It almost makes me feel sorry for Ted Turner. Then I remember WCW was killing WWF at the time.

The Ted Turner look a like sure got into playing up Ted. It really is sad to see WWF playing up being the small guy being run out of business when that was their whole act during the 80’s to take out others.

These skits do a great job of putting across what a disgusting person Vince is. I mean Ted.

Vince of all people accusing Ted of running a money-losing subsidiary is the height of ridiculousness. Like any WWF fan gives two shits about Ted Turner's money or his stockholders. Freud would have a field day with that last line about Ted wanting to tell off his father when he sees him again.

These are getting more hateful and way past the point of usefulness for me.

Very very whiny, but if Vince is going to throw a fit at least he puts forward a decent argument.

So this is the last one of these right?  Also, that ad Vince wanted to put in the paper was beyond ridiculous.
