Wolf Hawkfield v. Tommy Rogers

Hawkfield is the antithesis of an interesting wrestler. The crowd shit all over this. Both guys did try, but Hawkfield is uninteresting is fuck and him winning clean was puzzling.

MIkey Whipwreck v. Super Nova

This wasn't any good. Mikey took a pretty reckkless bump to the floor, but this was very much a "Nova" style match and that isn't a good thing.

FBI v. Rex King/Chris Chetti

Pre-match stuff is great, with Rich saying that he's going to send Jeff Jones in the crowd to beat the fuck out of everyone the first time he hears "where's my pizza" which naturally brings upon the "where's my pizza?" chant. Chetti does a really awesome powerslam out of an early Guido slingshot splash attempt. The crowd chant's "you suck dick" as Tracy mimes giving a blowjob. Then he backflips into the ring, but falls on his ass. Then he kicks the ropes agitated at his mistake but ends up hurting himself in the process. Awesome. They dueling working the crowd spots which is hilarious and absurd. Tracy asks Rex if he is a spectator than demands he tag in, then cuts a promo on him where he declares that he is the baddest motherfucker alive. Test of strength spot that ends with a King backflip off the ropes into an armdrag. Faces end up hitting some big offense, including a Chetti dive, but the Big Don hotshots Chetti on the steel for his trouble. Chetti's FIP is decent and Rex shows energy when he gets the hot tag but his offense doesn't look very good and he really comes across as a fish out of water. Rich gets slammed off the top but Tracy hits King with a roll of quarters for the win. Smothers was tremendously awesome in this and I liked it, but I don't see it as something that will make the grade as it's not even a top ten FBI match.

Danny Doring v. Taz

Just an angle really as Taz destroys Doring with a suplex and they do a stretcher job.

D-Von/Bubba Dudley v. Masato Tanaka/Balls Mahoney

I kind of hated this. This was basically a poorly strong together collection of spots, few of which looked any good and almost none of which were even impressive in theory. Blah.

Lance Storm v. Shane Douglas

Remarkably short match. Not even sure this went five minutes and Douglas won clean. Strange.

Roadkill v. Sabu

This was actually an extremely fun spotfest. These guys kill each other with big spots, including an insane dive into the crowd from Sabu, a Roadkill top rope elbow, a Roadkill top rope splash, Two insane spots with a table on the floor when the first doesn't break, et. Finish is really awesome as Sabu has Roadkill in a camel clutch but Roadkill wouldn't give up so he slammed his face into a chair and then drilled him through a table with a massive double legdrop for the fall.

Justin Credible v. Tommy Dreamer

This was a fun effort from Tommy who bladed pretty nastily, hit a really nice looking DVD, and just generally tried hard. This ended with a massive run in train involving New Jack, Spike, OMG, Jason, et. Post match Terrry Funk hit the ring and shit all over Dreamer on the mic and then beat the shit out of him with Dreamer refusing to fight back.

Jerry Lynn v. Rob Van Dam

Better than some of their matches, though I still didn't like it. RVD's delayed bump off the top to the floor was pretty cool at least.
