This is funny! Lawler tells Cyberpunk Fire he's so stupid that he once sold his car for gas money. Lawler is furious and says Dundee happens to have many friends that are willing to avenge him and brings out ... American Eagle! Bill Dundee is now under a mask! Randy Hales come out and says he's sick of this and says if they'll both unmask, they can have a match at Mid South Coliseum with no ref, so they do and end up brawling all over the studio and have to be pulled apart. Fun chaos!

Everyone was awesome here except Hales, who almost killed the segment and I actually believed he was starting a heel turn at points. He's no Eddie Marlin--he's a substitute teacher in over his head who jumps up and down demanding respect from his students instead of earning it.

Hales was so terrible he added to the comedy. Lawler's line about selling his car for gas money is a million years old but the way he straight-faced it telling Lance that it's actually true was hilarious USWA has had some great TV this year.

  • GSR changed the title to [1996-06-22-USWA-TV] Jerry Lawler and Wolfie D
