Angle with Todd Gordon/Bill Alfonso

Little Guido/Big Guido in the ring talking about J.T. doing an appearance with Frank Sinatra. This brings out the BWO (pre-BWO technically) in KISS garb and they redo the deal from the Arena with Sandman running to the ring and caning everyone and calling out Raven who is on crutches. Gordon comes out and demands their be a title match so Richards knocks him out with a superkick.

Sandman v. Steve Richards

Ridiculous "match" with Sandman thwarting all of the goons attempted interference. Raven actually comes in at one point and hits a DDT for a good nearfall. Catfight with Missy and Lori is just ridiculous. Lori ends up caning missing after Sandman gets superkicked. Horrible finish as Raven - who wasn't even actually in the match as far as I can tell - falls on Sandman for the finish.

Hack Myers v. Louie Spicolli

The crowd was super into this early and man did they hate Spicolli. Myers was talking shit throughout and was super stiff early on. They did a fun punch exchange and the "shah" "shit" routine was in full effect. Spicolli won with his DVD.

Bubba Dudley v. Devon Storm

Opening sequence with the drop down monkey flip and Bubba going over the top was fun. Storm ends up trying a tope and face planting on the grass which actually worked out okay as a fan cackles loudly while Bubba savagely beats Storm with a chair. Funny spot with Storm hitting a missle dropkick and Bubba just looking at him like he was a moron. Storm bumps to the floor so Damian Kane gets on the apron to try and set up a Pearl Harbor job but Bubba turns around. Storm actually manages to botch a lowblow. Storm hits a shitty koppokick which offends Bubba more than anything. Storm hits his hilo but the landing made it look like Bubba powerbombing Storm. Kane gets involved and takes a chairshot. Bubba ends up powerbombing Storm and Kane. D-Von hits the ring and they do trading chairshots. This ends in a huge clusterfuck as a result. Entertaining, albeit bad match.

John Kronus v. Mikey Whipwreck

Mikey gets tossed around early and resorts to some generic babyface stuff to take the upperhand. He executes it fairly well but Kronus is fucking awful at taking it. Kronus comes back with a massive butterfly superplex. Mikey is an absolute bump freak for Kronus' offense which really saves this match from going off the rails. Mikey gets suplexed on the turf and sells it like he just got piledrived onto a stack of AIDS infected hypodermics. Kronus goes for a spinkick against the post but Mikey ducks and Kronus leg hits the post which allows Mikey to work it over. This heat section just goes on and on, but I don't mind as it plays to Mikey's strength. Mikey makes a comeback with an insane inside out leaping rana and then another on the ground. Hits a big crossbody for a nearfall right afterward. Kronus cuts him off with a spin kick that actually looked good but then misses his flip legdrop which he often used as a finish in singles matches. Mikey with a diving rana for the pin. I HATED the way Kronus took most of Mikey's offense, but Mikey was awfully good in this. Post-match Saturn comes out and the Elims wreck Mikey.

Too Cold Scorpio v. Perry Saturn

Pre-match Scorp makes someone come out and sweep the ring because it is too dirty for him to wrestle in. This was interesting as they sort of went with a top this match. Saturn hit a stiff kick causing Scorp to bail early. They ended up doing a knuckle lock spot that ended in a pretty good rana and then Saturn hit a plancha. Scorp then hits a BRUTAL clothesline as a counter, followed by a great baseball slide/vaulting plancha combo. They do a strange sequence where they trade moonsaults. Sautrn fucks up a rana and Scorp ends up taking a big back body drop on the floor leading to a big dive from Saturn. Match starts to lose flow here though Scorp kicking Saturn's face off was great. Scorp ends up doing his schtick where he runs through his big offense and it all looks good but by this point they had sort of lost me as it became an almost ridiculous "your turn, my turn" affair down the stretch.

Brian Lee/Steve Richards v. Terry Gordy/Tommy Dreamer

Got to give it to Dreamer, he was willing to take a severe ass beating as he just gets pummeled with shots and takes big dangerous looking bumps throughout. I actually thought Richards was pretty bad in this. Gordy wasn't asked to do much. Basically Dreamer carried the decent parts and this was more entertaining then I expected but the stretch run sucked ass.

Shane Douglas v. Pitbull 2

Boring as fuck like every other match they ever had.

The Gangstas v. Samoan Gangsta Party

This was kept short so I was able to enjoy it for what it was.

Sabu v. Rob Van Dam

Sabu's string of early offense was sufficiently crazy and fun. His spot leaping into the crowd where he dragged his feet and crushed a table on the way down was great. Did not care for the RVD takeover at all, though Sabu looking annoyed by RVD's attempted blindside leapfrog was funny. Cool sequence with Sabu getting dropped right on his fucking head by RVD and bailing to the floor and RVD hitting an out of nowhere hilo onto him as he tries to recover. I will say that they did a good job structuring this and Sabu worked some good hope spots and of course took some nasty shit which is typical for him. I really liked the spot with Sabu trying a dive and RVD catching him on his knee with a rib buster. This gradually drifts into back and fourth territory and RVD kills himself with a split legged moonsault on an upright chair leading to the Sabu triple jump moonsault finish. Better than some of their real pile of shit matches from 96, but not enough to merit a nomination.

The disc concludes with a strange FanCam interview segment. This includes New jack and Mustapha creepily making faces on command from RF for several minutes.
