FBI v. Axl Rotten/Balls Mahoney

As soon as Meanie/Nova hit the ring the FBI destroy them with chairshots, ending with Rich dropping a chair onto Meanie's head while he lays on the floor. Balls and Axl answer the challenge. This was basically the standard match these teams had. Everything about it was good, but it really did nothing to stand out from the lot, and at this point anything I'm nominated has to a least be memorable.

Taz v. Chris Chetti

Okay for what it was and considering who was involved. Chetti took a nice bump or two.

Al Snow v. Danny Doring

Doring was just a terribly uninteresting heel at this point. Watching him fuck up stock heel spots was just sad.

John Kronus v. Ulf Herman

About as good as it sounded and I'm not even sure this was technically a match.

Jamie Dundee/Mike Lozansky v. Chris Candido/Lance Storm

Man Dundee is so great pre-match talking shit to the fans and holding up the Triple Threat symbol and saying it really stands for the amount of fingers you can get in Francine at one time. Man the dive sequence on this is fucking terrible until Dundee hits his dive and then does his dance afterword. Dundee pulls Candido's tights all the way down exposing his entire ass with Candido playing the fool for a good thirty seconds after that. Dundee gets chucked over the top a bit later and it is pretty evident that he is the only one worth a damn in this match.

Lance Storm v. Chris Candido

This started off pretty hot after the previous match but it taped off really fast and once they lost steam I lost interest.

Jerry Lynn v. Rob Van Dam

I enjoyed the last match of theres I watched, but this sucked. Mindless spot show that was not well put together and not fun too watch at all.

Mikey Whipwreck v. Sabu

Boy this was sloppy. Mikey was almost as bad as Sabu in the early going which surprised me. Strangely the only part of this I really liked was the chair/table spots on the floor. The Sabu self crotching is fucking horrible looking and the follow up power bomb spot is even worse. Ugh. This sucked asshole. Really disappointing given that these two had some really awesome matches in 96.

D-Von/Big Dick/Bubba Dudley v. Spike Dudley/Tommy Dreamer/Sandman

Spike's early bumping around was a great way to set the stage for his fiery comeback. Love the rana and Bubba punch drunk stumbling into a shot from a full beer can from Sandman. Sadly that was the highlight. Thank god this show is over.
