Chris Chetti v. Danny Doring

Fast paced opening that had some cool looking shit and some badly executed looking shit. They botch a drop down spot off a rope running exchange so badly it's unreal. Holy shit Chetti's botch of his springboard moonsault was hilarious and results in Roadkill dropping him on his face on the guardrail. This started out okay and descended into shit but watching the descent was perversely entertaining.

Blue Meanie v. Bam Bam Bigelow

Oh my god Bam Bam actually gives Meanie some of this. Meanie throws the absolute worst Euro uppercut I've ever seen. Bam Bam's piledriver was pretty awesome here.

FBI v. Chris Candido/Lance Storm

This was actually a top fifty SC match which surprised me. I also think I already rated and watched this as a tv match.

Shane Douglas v. Jerry Lynn

This was taped for tv but I don't recall seeing it and it doesn't show up on the 98 discs as far as I can tell. Lynn was a pretty dynamic motherfucker in this and the crowd was hot as hell. Loved Lynn's diving leg drop and his rolling senton off the stage looked really cool. Douglas was good in full blown retreat mode during all this and when he came back with a series of crotch shots onto steal supports it seemed like an appropriate way for him to mount a counterattack. Lynn gets bumped face first through a table and Douglas hits his reverse rolling neck snap which I always thought looked sick when a guy took it right and Lynn took it right. Cool reset spot off of a double cross body coming off the ropes. Awesome splash to the floor from Lynn which Douglas took and sold great. Lynn with a top rope rana and diving legdrop for good nearfalls. Douglas with a brief comeback but Lynn blocks a superplex attempt with a top rope sunset flip. Douglas ends up hitting a belly to belly off a reversal for the finish. This would have been a slam dunk with a better finish, but the belly to belly (even though it was Shane's established finisher) felt really flat as the finish here. Still a really good match.

Tommy Dreamer/Mikey Whipwreck v. Justin Credible/Jason

Sick thud after Credible gets slammed on the floor. Mikey's flip splash off the stage looked sick. Tommy ends up as FIP which I think is bizarre when Whipwreck is right there. As a whole this was pretty decent but I remain miffed at the way they structured these matches.

Too Cold Scorpio/Sandman v. Rob Van Dam/Sabu

Already on the nominating block from tv.

New Jack/Spike Dudley/John Kronus v. D-Von/Bubba/Big Dick Dudley v. Axl Rotten/Balls Mahoney

This was actually a lot of fun largely because of Spike. The moment he starts power walking out to Natural Born Killaz this was good and stayed that way until he was taken off camera toward the end. A couple of big bumps including a stairwell tumble, Bubba nearly fighting a fan while brawling with him in the crowd and two balcony dives. Borderline nomination worthy if it had had a decent finish.
