Posted December 12, 201014 yr comment_5460248 Mikey's opening barrage was cool, especially the flip plancha onto Meanie. Cool spot with Mikey elevating into an electric chair position and they do a cool bit with Richards spinning around as Mikey tries to cinch in a rana which Richards drops into a powerbomb to take over. Richards hits a nice butterfly suplex and fall away slam. Mikey cuts off his momentum with a rocker dropper, but misses a follow up splash. Richards hits a really good looking powerbomb for a nearfall. Mikey counters with a DDT and goes back up top but Richards catches him with a super kick that sends Mikey crashing to the floor. Mikey fires up out of a chinlock but gets DDT'ed coming off the ropes. Meanie comes into the ring and goes up top and Mikey ends up crotching Richards on the top ropes which crotches Meanie at the same time. Mikey with a superkick onto Richards and then bulldogs Meanie's head into Stevie's crotch. Mikey fights to the top and hits a top rope rana for the finish. This was very much a "your turn, my turn" match, but it was a GOOD your turn, my turn match. I don't think this stacks up with the very best couple of matches these guys had, but I do think it is still worth consideration.
December 15, 201014 yr comment_5460416 Stevie Richards vs. Mikey Whipwreck (6/14/96) - Lord Stevie is cool. Man, Mikey’s early attack was awesome. I loved the neck whip to go in the ring and using Stevie as a springboard to take Meanie out. Later on, as Mikey goes to the top, Stevie nails him with the Stevie kick. Man, nice stretch run with the Meanie-Richards screw up and I think I liked this more than Dylan.
January 24, 201114 yr comment_5462864 Mikey Whipwreck vs. "Dancin" Stevie Richards (6/14/96) Stevie & Meanie are doing their Blue Bloods spoof which was great. Mikey comes out blazing trying to put Stevie away hitting big moves all over the place on both Stevie & Meanie. Stevie would go on offense and looked good here along with Mikey staying strong as he fought back numerous times but Stevie would maintain the advantage with a highlight being a great Superkick sending Mikey to the floor. The fans were hot for Mikey's comeback and the use of Meanie here was well done as he fucked up Stevie both with Mikey's help and on his own before putting Stevie away. This was really fun and moves forward.
