Taz v. Spike Dudley

Pretty good opener. Spike took a head bump or two, got to hit a rolling senton, and Taz won with his finish. Fun kick start given where each guy was in the pecking order at the time.

Bad Crew v. Eliminators

Total squash. Too bad. The Bad Crew were good enough to carry the Elims.

Hollywood Nova v. Raven

Basically a squash but a really heated one as Raven was super over. Post-match Richards gets laid out.

Brian Lee v. Pitbull 2

This had a couple of mildly entertaining prop shots, but was basically just a set up for the Triple Threat/Pitbulls brawl at the end.

Axl Rotten/Balls Mahoney v. New Jack/Louie Spicolli

This is a heel Axl/Balls unit and Spicolli is a really amusing partner for New Jack. Mainly notable for Dr. Death coming out and helping Jack/Louie win.

Chris Chetti v. Little Guido

Guido paint brushing Chetti and then taking a big bump to the floor off of a dropkick to set up a plancha was a nice opening sequence. Guido actually throws a nice short jab and a rana to break up the momentum. The crowd is chanting boring so Guido is walking around fucking with them after every offensive move and actually leading the chant which is amusing. Guido dumps Chetti to the floor after a brief comeback and ends up powerbombing him out there and hitting a diving leg drop. Chetti steals the pin after a sunset flip sit down reversal. Good, but not good enough. Still amazing to think that Guido had a good SERIES with Chris fucking Chetti

Tommy Dreamer v. D-Von Dudley

God damn is Dreamer over. Dreamer is just walking around ringside hitting D-Von with all sorts of shit that is handed to him from the fans. Not much of a match really but pretty fun as a somewhat slapstick garbage brawl.

Bubba Dudley v. Sandman

This bleeds straight over from the previous match. Sandman is busted open early. He takes his crazy flip bump into the guardrail, but Bubba tops it with an insane diving bump over the guardrail. Bubba takes back over and is beating on Sandman's cut. He spits a beer in his face which gets a rabid crowd even rowdier. These guys are stiffing each other and it's looking like something I might consider when they fuck shit up by going to the finish quick on a flash pin. Oh well. Post-match angle was fun.

Chris Candido v. Sabu

Sabu almost dies on his slingshot plancha here. Candido hit his bizarre falling piledriver off the top. Brian Lee comes out and tries to take Sabu's table to the back. Sabu ends up in a crap brawl with him and reclaiming his table. At this point the match sort of turns into a mess to me though they did do some cool shit after this. Stretch run was pretty good at least.
