Super Crazy v. Jerry Lynn We have this JIP on tv. Watching this in full here there is nothing that bolts this into nomination territory. Lance Storm v. Chris Candido This match felt familiar to me but I see no sign of it in my t.v. notes. This was good. Candido in particular hit some really cool shit including his diving leg drop and a sick looking dive to the floor. He also took a nice bump off of a superplex with Lance Storm complaining about the obviously slow count to guest ref Axl Rotten. Candido hit his headbutt but Credible ran out and ended up fighting with Axl which led to a huge clusterfuck with the girls, Jason, et. Prior to all the bullshit I would have considered this for a nomination. Tommy Dreamer v. Tajiri This is a great match, probably the best of their series and we have it on tv The New Dangerous Alliance v. Skull Von Krush/Angel Just an excuse for a New Jack run-in. Rob Van Dam v. Rod Price I liked how RVD's offensive run was set up by Price taking a crazy bump as it made lots of the delayed shit RVD does seem more tolerable. I also liked Price taking over by dumping RVD on a monkey flip attempt. Crowd brawling seemed pretty wild and frantic. The crowd was into this, but the longer this went on the more it felt like a typical RVD match. The first half was decent at least. Taz v. Sabu This had a big match feel and was one of the last Taz matches in the company. Even without the several awkward table related flubs this wasn't a nomination though it did have a unique vibe.
