Cuban Assassin being the babyface is just really funny to me and he gets his ass absolutely kicked here. Essentially what happens is Bobby Bass comes to the ring and cheap shots him behind the refs back so Garvin opens up on him, punching him, slamming him in the stands, et. They end up doing a trading punches spot with both guys on their knees that ends with Assassin taking a headbutt to the face that both guys sell in a really awesome fashion. Garvin hits a nice lariat off the ropes and two elbow drops and his posturing during the subsequent nearfall was awesome. Assassin coming back directly after getting suplexed was annoying, but Garvin nearly getting back body dropped out of the fucking ring and then getting spiked with a sick looking DDT for the finish made up for this. No one will like this as much as me, but Assassin hanging upside down with his legs in the ropes getting beaten to shit by a guy who looks like WTBS jobber fodder deserves at least a little bit of praise.
