Omori was almost arrogant in how dismissive she was of Asuka in the beginning, but that forced Asuka into a far better role than usual and the end result was a combative and interesting match. The Omori push was one of the more interesting things AJW did post-86 and always struck me as a bit of an odd pick to bridge into Chigusa's reign, but she brought the goods during her run. Good intensity in this bout, and while Omori has to take a breather at times she's fierce when she's dismantling an opponent. The finish here no-nonsense stuff.
