This starts off with clips of Ox Baker putting The Invader out with a heart punch at a stadium. This included a doctor giving him CPR in the ring and trying to bring him back to life. The ambulance would drive to the ring and took him away.

Ox Baker vs. Random Guy (April 1983)

Squash.

Perro Aguayo vs. Angel Maravilla (April 1983)

Good to see Perro here. This was more competitive than what I thought it wuold be and Perro looked good here. Decent match.

Next we get a taped promo from The Invader who is in the hospital recovering from the heart punch where he vows revenge on Ox. Carlos Colon then shows up to offer his support. This angle is extra material.

Chicky Starr vs. Mr. X (April 1983)

Spotlight match for Chicky.

Mr. Tempest & Goro Tsurumi vs. Chief Thundercloud & Angel Diaz (April 1983)

Goro brought some aggression here but this wasn't much.

Goro Tsurumi vs. Tony Acherrle (April 1983)

Squash.

Chief Thundercloud vs. Barrabas (April 1983)

I really dug Thundercloud's matwork here and Barrabas was pretty fun as the sneaky heel biting on fingers and the like. Thundercloud would do his funky raindance before hitting a big chop to win. Fun for what it was.

Perro Aguayo vs. Angelo Rivera (April 1983)

Perro wins easily.

Ox Baker vs. Angel Maravilla (April 1983)

Squash.

Ox Baker & Goro Tsurumi vs. Victor Mercado & Isaac Rosario (April 1983)

Squash.

Terry Gibbs & Buddy Landell then cut a promo for an upcoming show where they would wrestle Dos Caras & Mil Mascaras. GODDAMN I want to see Budro against those two.

Perro Aguayo vs. Angel Diaz (April 1983)

Squash.

El Gran Apollo & King Tonga vs. Mr. Tempest & Mr. X (April 1983)

Tonga is now a tecnico and has cut his awesome afro. There were some video problems here on their end but it didn't last long. Tonga looked really good here as he was in fantastic shape along with being very agile.

Terry Gibbs & "Nature Boy" Buddy Landell vs. Chief Thundercloud & Angelo Rivera (April 1983)

Rivera just screams jobber here and of course I am right. Gibbs & Landell worked pretty good together but Gibbs was just so bland. Tom Renesto was booking here and you can see his influence here as Gibbs & Landell used some great Assassinesque armwork on Rivera setting up the finish.

Ox Baker vs. Jose Santiago (April 1983)

Squash.

Perro Aguayo vs. Chief Thundercloud (April 1983)

Perro gets DQed here for attacking Chief on the floor I guess as it was a confusing finish. Okay for what it was.

Terry Gibbs & "Nature Boy" Buddy Landell vs. Angelo Rivera & Chicky Starr (April 1983)

Gringos are just too tough here although Chicky puts up a good fight.

Next we get clips of Ox Baker vs. Carlos Colon from a stadium where he tries to kill him with a heart punch.

Goro Tsurumi vs. Angel Diaz (April 1983)

Squash.

All of the Ox Baker stuff could be considered for extras. It was basically a heart punch vs. heart punch feud against Invader and it lead to Ox Baker defeating Carlos for the World title.

The Landell/Gibbs promo on Dos Caras and Mil Mascaras might be a novelty extra.

Angelo Rivera is the future El Profe. He and Chicky formed a regular team as the Hermanos Peron. That match against Landell and Gibbs might be one of the last times they teamed up.

Agree that the opening angle feels like a solid extra.

I have a high tolerance for shit, but I won't be watching Ox Baker squashes.

Perro Aguayo vs. Angel Maravilla

Really fun to see Perro down there but I didn't think this was much of a match other than the senton finish which was pretty cool.

Invader pre-tape also seems like it should be an extra.

Chicky Starr vs. Mr. X

Young Chicky got to show some fire but this wasn't much.

Mr. Tempest & Goro Tsurumi vs. Chief Thundercloud & Angel Diaz

Typical middling tv match.

Chief Thundercloud vs. Barrabas

I really like Barrabas. He would have been awesome as an addition to your Dennis Stamp, Billy Anderson, AWA Showboat jobber team in 1986. He has a cool look, works hard, does unique stuff and knows his role. Thundercloud busting out a falling X-cross choke thing (no clue what the real term for that is) was awesome. Pretty cool match for what it was but not a nomination.

The next batch of squashes were nothing. Ox was really over as a heel though.

El Gran Apollo & King Tonga vs. Mr. Tempest & Mr. X

Really enjoyed young Haku here as he was really spry and had some really cool looking offense. This was basically a competitive squash.

Terry Gibbs & "Nature Boy" Buddy Landell vs. Chief Thundercloud & Angelo Rivera

This was okay. I agree with Kris entirely on Gibbs, he's not terrible, but he's Buddy's polar opposite in terms of being a heat drawing guy. There was some good heel tag work in this, but nothing extraordinary.

Perro Aguayo vs. Chief Thundercloud

This was crazy. There is this moment in this where Aguayo just snaps and starts beating the fuck out of Thundercloud. I didn't even realize Perro was a rudo here. Match gets thrown out. Really bizarre.

Terry Gibbs & "Nature Boy" Buddy Landell vs. Angelo Rivera & Chicky Starr

This was probably as good a match as you were going to get out of the talent here with the limitations they had in the setting, but I can't real see it as a nomination. Some awesome bumps by Buddy in this and some really cool offense too. I really like Chicky's fire off the hot tag as well and several of the heel cut off spots had impact. Still this was more "fun for what it was" than a good match.
