George "Scrap Iron" Gardasky(?)/Frankie Race Man the Scrap Iron/Adonis segment was really great with some awesome mat exchanges, some really fluid motion from Adonis and a great spot with Adonis working a headscissors. Adonis is so great in this bumping wildly on punches, monkey flips, et that you don't even mind the presence of Ventura. The heels win in two straight falls. Jesse/Adonis local promo in San Fran. Very good promo Verne Gagne/Mad Dog Vachon promo Ventura/Adonis promo on Dog/Gagne East West Connection v. Verne Gagne/Mad Dog Vachon JIP at about the 15 minute mark. Gagne and Mad Dog do a lot of rakes. Ventura bumps wildly for a couple Verne dropkicks. All hell breaks loose and the ref throws it out. This was just a fragment of a match. East West Connection v. Buddy Lane/Rick Hunter Again Adonis is great on the opening mat exchange, super dynamic and just fun as fuck too watch. When Adnois comes back in he absolutely kills Buddy Lane with stiff shots, including a vicious knee to the back that looked like it was thrown with into to turn Lane's kidneys into mush. Adonis is also really great trapping the faces in the ring when tagging in and out. Hot tag is a lot of fun as the crowd goes crazy for it, the jobbers get a nearfall, Adonis takes his crazy bump into the top ropes, and then Ventura says "fuck this" and chops Hunter in the throat. Heels win in two straight falls. This was really just a job match but was nearly good enough to nominate thanks to Adonis. East West Connection v. Tito Santana/Ray Stevens JIP. Starts off with Tito in peril on the floor. They end up doing a miscue spot with Tito and Stevens leaves him to fend for himself.
