Highlights of Nightsalker showing up out of the crowd and attacking Brian Lee on a house show match. Bob Armstrong promo. He reads a letter from the person who has the bounty on Lee. Enclosed is a contract for Lee to sign. Dirty White Boy promo/Jim Cornette promo. Both locals. Both are good. Killer Kyle v. Newton Steffy Kyle wins with the prison rape bearhug in a total squash. Jim Cornette/Heavenly Bodies promo. Jesus Christ Pritchard gives the exact same promo every fucking time out. Down and Dirty with Dutch interview segment with the Studd STable. Though show clips from the Bodies/RnR's tv finish at the beginning of this. Fuller gives one of the best promo's I've ever heard claiming that when they saw the RnR's last week it was clear from the look in the eye that they were hooked on drugs. He then says he wants to go back to the days of the God fearing Rock n Roller's like Elvis who was a good friend of his and would never use a drug. Then he attacks Aerosmith, says he's a god fearing Christian, and announces that he is an honorary member of the DARE program, before concluding by saying the RnR's better do heroin to alleviate the pain of their pending Stretcher Match. Awesome. EXTRA Ron Wright promo. Wright accuses Tim Horner of lying when he said Wright guaranteed him a title match. He says he is trying to get a "hip implant." Horner comes out and Wright says he can't hit a broke down cripple like him. Wright says he will have Horner arrested. Horner continues to go off. DWB flies in from behind and hits Horner with a chair while Wright feigns a stroke in his chair. Wright gives him a noose and DWB hog ties Horner with handcuffs and the noose. DWB hangs him on the ring post and it actually looks legit horrifying, especially with Horner's hands handcuffed behind his back. Horner is foaming and bleeding from the mouth, face turning blue, while jobbers come out and try and help him. RnR's end up making the save. EXTRA Ron Garvin pre-tape promo. Paul Orndorff v. Brian Lee Orndorff was great in this as they came back from the pre-tape to him in the ring furious at Garvin's comments in the promo. Orndorff just bumps around and throws a fit for Lee early, including a somewhat surprising backwards bum to the floor. It's really a shame Orndorff didn't stay around. It would have been nice to see him work someone like Smothers in a singles as Lee doesn't have the offense or charisma to match what Orndorff was doing. Anyhow Orndorff hit some sharp looking blows in this, sold really well in Lee's basic holds, and just generally carried the match. It was not a great match, or even a good one, but Orndorff made it enjoyable enough. Finish is Paul trying a piledriver on the ring bell and getting DQ'ed. Brian Lee promo. Ron Garvin v. Mike Sampson Garvin throws some of the best chops ever and does some fun stuff on the mat. Angle with Orndorff hanging Garvin with his towel shown again. Ron Garvin promo. Holy shit. Garvin says something about how he dreams at night about Orndorff but not "making love to him." WTF? Paul Orndorff v. Danny Davis Davis is wearing a Paula shirt. Orndorff rips it up and beats on him, while Garvin comes to ringside, gets his robe and puts it on. Garvin is just strutting around ringside with his robe on Orndorff is oblivious. Orndorff goes for a piledriver and finally notices Garvin. Davis comes to and steals the pin. Rock N Roll Express promo Rock N Roll Express v. Joe Cazana/Paul Lee Decent squash. Rock N Roll Express promo. Down and Dirty with Dutch interview segment. Starts with recaps from the attack on Horner by DWB from last week. Then a pre-tape of Horner promo talking about the attack. Wright was awesome here as they were drinking to celebrate DWB breaking up his "attempted murder" from the week before. Wright lets us no he is drinking near beer. Anthony then goes on to cut a great promo in his own right. Horner runs in from off camera and murders DWB with a vicious right hand. Wright is wheeling around in his chair and says he's got glasses on as Horner threatens to hit him. DWB hits him from behind with a beer bottle busting him open. Tim's wife runs out to check on him. Awesome. EXTRA Bob Armstrong promo. Jim Cornette confronts him. Cornette comes out with a legal injunction that says the RnR's will not get a title shot until the Bodies have defended the belts against every other credible team. Brian Lee v. Killer Kyle Not much of a match. Ends when the Bodies, Cornette and some dude in Island garb all run in to try and claim the bounty on Lee. Cornette/Bodies promo.
