Recently, I picked up a series of Coliseum Video tapes due to certain matches that are included.

One of those tapes, to my chagrin, was Hulkamania 6 because it has the infamous Hulk vs. Stan Hansen matches from Japan.

One of the other matches on there was a Hogan vs. Savage match from the French tour in 1989.

At one point in the match, Savage attempts to leave the arena but is stopped by a WWE official. At that point, Gorilla and Lord Alfred Hayes decided to have a little fun.

Gorilla pointed out that the WWF official standing behind Savage was Terry Garvin, which Alfred confirmed by saying "Yes, that's Terry Garvin... he's always on back of something."

Gorilla then went on to talk about how Garvin was the President, Vice-President, Recording Secretary, and Treasurer of the Terry Garvin School of Self Defense.

I'd remembered the Garvin jokes in the past, but Alfred's comment had me choking on my dinner since I knew the context he made those comments in...

Can anyone else name any shootish commentary made by the announcers, outside of Paul Heyman making playground jokes about Jerry Lawler?
