Rude's very calm and respectful here while still showing his confidence that he can beat Flair again. This isn't the type of promo that I expected from Rude, or one that he does often, but he was very good.

 

Rude also puts the NWA World title over as the only true World title. I'm pretty sure that they were already starting to subtly build the issue with Vader for whoever won at Havoc, because I've never heard of a promotion depicting its own World title as second class for very long unless they think money's to be made by doing so,
