Match was basically an angle to put over Riggins toughness as he takes everything DWB has and Anthony refuses to pin him and he refuses to give up. Smothers throws in the towel.

 

Nighstalker/Kevin sullivan promo. Boy the Nightstalker's voice did not match his body type.

 

Kevin Sullivan attacks and spikes Bar Batten before their scheduled match.

 

This opens up with clips of Cornette and the Bodies confronting Bill Watts on WCW tv. Cornette's shoot comments on the fired Herd and Midnights departure were amusing. Cornette demands a public apology and says he will file a lawsuit if Watts doesn't. Watts threatens to have Dillinger arrest him if he shows up again. Cornette says the RnR's should be arrested for murder for killing his ratings. The RnR's show up and they have an impromptu match with the both teams in street clothes. Match ends in a DQ with Eaton and Cornette coming in and destroying the RnR's. This is all great stuff. EXTRA

Rock N Roll Express promo. Bodies show up with Cornette in the ring and challenge the R n R's. R n R's hit the ring, but get quickly overwhelmed. Fuller, Golden and Dutch show up and clear the Bodies from the ring but then they go to work on the R n R's. EXTRA

 

Tracy Smothers v. Paul Orndorff

 

Pre-match Smothers promo was cool. Orndorff badly botches a hot shot which pisses me off. Actually Paul worked really light in this. Disappointing match.

Tracy Smothers promo about the ref being piledriven. DWB comes in and they face off.

 

 

 

 

Reno Riggins/Dixie Dynomite/Lynn Fields v. Heavenly Bodies/Bobby Eaton

 

This was a good tag match though nothing that will blow you away. They teased dissension with Eaton and Pritchard and they let the faces get enough in to keep this interesting while it lasted.

 

Rock N Roll Express promo.

 

Bob Armstrong promo laying down the law. He suspends Orndorff. He claims Sullivan's therapy was accidentally paid for by SMW.

 

Kevin Sullivan bizarre promo from a bar and then with Nancy who's face is never shown...

Nighstalker v. Tracy Smothers

 

This was a good match built around Smothers selling the shoulder, bumping big and then setting up a comeback. DWB comes out again and cuts up Tracy's Confederate Flag that leads to the STalker stealing the win. Not quite a nomination but the finish and post-match DWB attack and burning of the Confederate flag is an EXTRA

 

Dirty White Boy v. jobber

 

He wrestles with his belt and gear on. Smothers tries to hit the ring to no avail.

 

Studd Stable v. Rock N Roll Express

 

The Bodies show up with popcorn and chairs and pull up ringside. The Bodies start throwing popcorn into the ring and booing performance. Gibson ends up going FIP. Match is starting to get good and at seven minutes left this disc dies. FUCK

I love they ripped off the Shining bar scene for the Kevin Sullivan promo.
